“Ordered after discussions with a new salesman to company, stated we wanted a solid bath panel rather than flimsy plastic one, paid and 6 weeks later, guess what flimsy bath panel was delivered. Took over 2 months for correct one to arrive and many visits , phone calls and emails ignored.
Shocking after sales performance from a company that should know better.”
“Ordered a bath, after a week of not coming, I was told to ring customers service. The bath turned up but it was the wrong one. Had to order another one, again had to call customers service, your in a que for the best part of 40 minutes so hang up. I've called york shop 4 times and spoken to the manager, they said they'd contact customers service. 3 weeks have passed no bath so called CS again only to be told their out of stock. WHY didn't anyone tell me!!! They said it shouldn't have been ordered. I have a bathroom half finished that started 5 weeks ago. Bath is supposed to come next week. I'm not holding my breath. If it doesn't, I'm going to politely tell there were to stick it.”
“Have been trying since February to get a walnut bath panel for the bathroom and it's taken 6 weeks and 3 attempts to get the correct panel. Delivery drivers are fine, organisation could do a lot better”
“Misled from ordering (Saturday) for next day delivery to customer services long wait on phone always 11th in line then get a very abrupt member of staff. item not delivered next day poor service from a company of this size.will not use you again plenty to choose from online.”
“Rang order through but it was being sent from Manchester by mistake by this company ,not helpful as I wanted it in Withan in Essex. I only found this out when I asked where my order was after waiting in all afternoon for delivery, no compensation was offered for inconvenience at all. Shall not be using them again which is a shame as the prices are good”
“Ordered complete bathroom and was assured everything would be delivered but only tiles turned up on day of delivery. Builders ready to start with only half the bathroom here, not happy with service”
“"inherited bathroom suite when i moved into my new house. Line basin and toilet about 2 years old. cistern was overflowing and broke shortly after moving in. sink waste jammed. bath unusable. asked the plumber if there was such a thing as a gel bottom bath and after he looked at it decided that water had got in between the 2 skins and rotted the base of freestanding bath. Ended up ripping the lot out but re-used the toilet with new better quality flush, and also the sink with new waste."”
“Not very happy delivery supposed to be in the 13th of the 9th how to return home from a wedding yesterday supposed to been staying the night in hotel had to come back for this delivery which I was not expecting until the 13th of the 9th”
“Waited 6 weeks for delivery of order only to receive a text 2 hours before due to say it was not being delivered. When it did arrive the bath was damaged and had to be replaced. Customer service is terrible to contact you are always 40 minutes and 25rh in the que”
“Ordered a well priced bathroom suite earlier this year and after having it fitted noticed the toilet systern lid wouldn't seat properly as the moulding of the systern was poor and interfered with the lid. That aside it's a reasonable suite for the money and I suppose you get what you pay for. However since installation the cheap plastic flush mechanism has been faulty as it interferes with the systern and constantly gets stuck. I contacted better bathrooms asking for a replacement and they said that I needed to buy a replacement part and they would only refund me if they tested the valve and found it to be faulty. Trouble is it would only show this fault if tested in a like for like systern so it's a completely inadequate service. The customer service representative even accepted that is was an inconvenient process but wasn't prepared to offer a good service hence I am leaving this review to advise you to not use this company and pay a little more for a better quality product”
“First delivery arrived with wrong bath and two other wrong items, took until 3rd delivery to get correct bath and other items collected which the last delivery crew sorted for me. Customer service very poor”
