“Substandard company !!!
If you buy anything off these and have issues with the purchase,forget going to their so called customer services as they never answer...their sales lines however are answered almost before they ring...strange as they are probably all sat in the same office!
I now know they went bust but god knows how they have managed to start trading again.

“This company has gone down hill since it sadly went into administration, and was bought out. I have tried to contact them for information about the seat, on the toilet that I purchased in 2015. No email address where you can attach pictures, and customer services never answer. They are happy for you to phone a 13p a minute number, no chance!!”
“Quality of what I did receive was ok. However, they sent me the wrong toilet. Nightmare to get replaced in fact 6 weeks on and it is still not sorted. Spent hours on the phone, currently sitting waiting to get through as yet another failed delivery after assuring me it would be with us on Saturday. I really wouldn't bother using them its just not worth the hassle!!! Not impressed, customer service is disgusting!”

I only ordered a toilet and cistern thank god ...first it didnt come on the day specified and paid extra for...second their customer services dont exist...third the delivery came a week late...on a pallett marked 500kg !!! A bog weighing that ffs ...now im stuck with the pallett...fourth no cistern turned up with the sh it ter so i had to go buy one... fifth...forget it no point going on just DO NOT BUY FROM THESE cowboys”
“Appalling customer service. Do not deliver when they say they will. You have to wait a ridiculous amount of time on hold for customer services who then say anything to get you off the phone. We had tradesman on site and no delivery from betterbathrooms”
“Cancelled order 5 days ago but they still delivered. I now have a roll top bath in my front garden in full view of the whole world. Driver refused to return the bath to the company, so if its stolen while they leisurely collect, who pays?
Poor service. Will not use this company again.”

“40 minutes on hold to customer services trying to get a replacement part. Still hadn't picked up call at this stage. I've had to hang up and now just found out that they will have charged me 55p per minute and still have no resolution. Not happy !!”
“omg what a nightmare. Placed my order and it arrived very quickly, well it arrived as that it was I paid for next day (15/6) - minus the toilet pan. Phoned to find out where it was "out of stock"! When will it be back in "it wont". Why they didnt contact me to say it was missing I do not know! They had to put me on hold and find out why it was missing.
Still awaiting refund, but meanwhile they have taken further money from my account, without my permission and tried sending out a further two orders! I've been told a refund was authorised and then a week later told it wasn't. They tried telling me I was never charged for the toilet pan but its there in black and white on the order and the amount on my statement clarifies that. They lie, They take your money and nobody knows what is going on. If I had the option of NO STARS I would click on that. Still waiting for a refund, still waiting .... Even if the refund came through yesterday I would still leave this review. Never again will I use BB and I will not be recommending them - I'll be doing the opposite.”
“ordered bathroom back in nov 18 .Told them i couldn't take delivery till feb 19.My builder was in process of fitting shower cubical and found that some items were missing from box.I cant actually now fit the cubical as the company have no comeback because they went bust ,so now i have a shower enclosure that's no good to anyone.Was told i will have to try source the parts myself.Not easy as there is no name of a manufacturer.”

“I spent circa 600 on a shower on 25th March. Since I paid cash (I was told the card would not work due to the value of the purchase), I am not getting a peeny back, however the directors are still trading under other names selleing exactlythe same products, this seems like fraud to me and I would like to get in touch with people who are in the same situation to take action against the individuals who have taken my moneyu and are still trading. “We had already been let down for our bathroom so went to better bathroom who said we could have the bathroom which was quite large at the end of nov 2018 arranged everything and it never arrived we rang loads of time re arranged 4 times they tried to deliver part of the order so we couldn’t have a refund we had to arrange the builder who lucky for us was a friend but still had to sort his jobs out the staff were not helpful and in the end at the end of January the following year we asked for a refund not easy we cancelled with the shop but this doesn’t count you still have to phone customer service to which I did and they said we could have a refund but then the woman put it down as a credit note because you have to wait 10 to receive a cheque no matter how you pay them so after several arguments and another 30 days and of course tell them we would take them to court and get a solicitor to deal with it a cheque finally arrived but the stress was unbelievable I would not wish anyone to have to go through this so stay away from better bathrooms but we did get a bathroom from a great firm SOAK this company 5 star”
“Went into better Bathrooms Romford on 28th February and spent £2800 was told my card was declined but I could make a bank transfer which I did. They then went into administration on the 1st March and because I paid cash will not get anything back. In my eyes this is fraud. Been to bank and they agree and looking into it”
“Took out an order in January for over £1200. Only item delivered were tiles.
Appear to have possibly lost this money if chargeback not possible.
Is anyone taking action against this company as they now appear to be trading as part of another company?”
