“The service is great and the delivery is prompt. The cost is reasonable and when i buy a used book I like the feeling of giving an older book a second life. However, the packaging is pretty bad. In the contents of shipment EPG07858000134929 the books arrived in such a terrible condition (including the brand new Oxford Reading Tree book) that I felt quite disappointed and annoyed. Books should be treated with care, especially when they are travelling around the world. 🫰”
“I ordered several used books. Three of the came quickly. The condition was fair. The fourth book took several more weeks to arrive. It was supposed to be in good condition but I would categorize it as poor to fair. The pages are yellowed and brittle. I would hesitate before ordering again.”
