“I wanted to return an 4 boxes of RB 5004 due to a better price point elsewhere, but I was informed by you representative that I was not able to return them and he wouldn’t consider reaching out to his supervisor to ask because he knows what the outcome would be…… I also asked him if they would refund me the difference of cost to keep me happy unfortunately answer was NO!!! Very disappointed and not sure if I will ever shop your website……”

“I had waited for fed ex to deliver my faucet delayed for 4 days from expected delivery and then to receive it and it is definitely not 72 inches tall I ordered the 2 ft burial but needed a 3 ft but still is NOT 72 inches tall like both models claim to be”

“My husband asked me to order a subpump for our step down outdoor kitchen...This description specifically said one cord.....we received it and it has two cords and have to hire an electrician to splice it...I would have sent it back, but there was a restocking fee and god knows what shipping would have cost!!!”

Hello Michelle, the description on that item is correct. The item has a piggy back plug and uses 1 receptacle or outlet to power the pump and the float switch.
