I tried to order 6 Halco exterior flood lamps on 4/20. Order went through but never shipped. Contacted customer service and they said my order was backordered since the quantity I ordered was > than their in-stock amount. No indication of this on their website and no communication to me to inform me of this issue. Contacted customer service again and they said it would be in-stock again on 5/6. A week or so after 5/6 and no shipping notice, called customer service again. They said the item did arrive on schedule but, for some unknown reason, it was not being shipped. Rep said he sent message to shipping to see if that would expedite the process. After another week of no shipping notice, again called customer service. He said item was still not being shipped and couldn't explain why. Cancelled the order. The customer service was great! The company's ability to identify and communicate out-of-stock issues is terrible. Also, for some unknown reason they seem incapable of getting a product shipped out once it's back in stock. Maybe I just caught them on a bad month but it was a negative experience with my first attempt to buy something from Big Frog. Will not repeat that again.

I don't know who's fault it was, but I was told to purchase this to talk to my Rinnai hot water heater. But it needs a 2.4G wifi connection to operate properly. My router is only 5G, so it hooked up but would sporadically drop off. I had to return it. In fairness to Big Frog, they refunded my purchase quickly without issue.

Sent multiple emails regarding my order. I wanted to change from the interior (INT) model of an irritation control box to the exterior (EXT) model. But no one ever responded. In addition, I still have not received the incorrectly ordered model two weeks after ordering/paying....

After checking out online; instead of getting an email that only states that they received a ticket… your receipt with a record of your order needs to be displayed for reference purposes. As of now, after checking out, there is no receipt to show this.

I’ve not had the opportunity to install the equipment, so this review is simply about shipping. I received the box with everything loose and rattling around. Absolutely no care for shipping or presentation. The prices are competitive and I’ve had a great experience previously, however, this experience was not great, unfortunately.

I was very disappointed in the experience. I ordered 5 lights. One was shipped promptly. The other for were not with the first. There was no explanation. After an unanswered email I had to call the company. I was told then the lights should be shipped the following week. They didnt arrive for another two weeks.

In the description, it didn’t state the attachment method. I need one with FM 1/4” thread. The one I received have a M thread that I can’t find fittings to adapt it to what I have existing. I don’t see any other items that will work, in the catalog.

I ordered the wrong faucet because the description was insufficient on the website. It is hard to believe that it cost $100 to restock this item that was returned in the exact condition that it was received. The new one I ordered to replace it was packaged worse than the one I returned.

I selected Big Frog because I had a good experience last summer despite paying more than your competitor online. I was extremely disappointed that you took several days to process and ship my order. I have no doubt that had I selected your competitor I would’ve paid less and I would’ve received the item sooner.

The sprinklers I ordered arrived as only the sprinkler heads, not the whole assembly which was pictured when I ordered it. While the customer service person I emailed with was very good at communicating with me, I was not notified of the delivery of part of my order nor did I receive notification of my initial order until I asked for it. I was left twice in the process wondering if my order had been received and wondering when it would arrive.

After I placed my order, it was radio silence on any updates to the order itself. I sent two emails asking for status updates but never heard back. I finally called and spoke with someone and lo and behold, the order just so happened to be arriving at your location the next day. Then I took over a week after that to finally receive it from you. I won’t be using Big Frog Supply again.

Web site seemed to indicate an item was a plug, not a Bulb. Order and was delivered a bulb, that I can purchase anywhere. Would not refund as their shipping rate was so high, more than the item. How much does it cost to ship a 1" bulb, you could not even put in a BOX. Never again. I will find other supply companies. There has to be a better choice.

Good selection and pricing, 6 of 16 items still not delivered after 10 days. Bag of barbed fittings had three barbed fittings, should be 3 bags of 10. Waiting to see if there are any other errors on missing delivery items before contacting Frog Supply. So far received three deliveries, no packing list with any delivery. I have to track what is missing.

Received a tankless water heater descaling kit in which the bottle of solution had leaked all over the contents. Contacting your company got me the instructions to contact the manufacturer. I am used to companies that I purchase products from standing behind what they sell.
