Never received it I canceled the order.I order it from Amazon got it next day 22.78

Ordered a controller. After 7 days and it not moving, I called them and was told it appeared to have gotten lost by fedex ( I understand this isn’t their fault), they would create a ticket and update in a day or two. 5 more days go by and I have to make contact with them. They then just let me know they will refund me. Meanwhile I have a customer whose grass is dying in the Florida sun. So I’m then forced to order again from a different company. Unfortunately won’t be back.

Paid for faster 3 day shipping, looked at the tracking after shipment left was not 3 day shipping. got it over a week and a half later. Too late to cancel, had to pay for other parts that cost me more to get here in time. I guess now I have backups. Won't use again.

The shipping company you used, Fed EX, said they dropped the package at BUSINESS address when it was closed and it wasn't anywhere to be found upon opening up on a Monday morning. After a week of trying to get to the bottom of this with no satisfaction I had to call and dispute the charge with my credit card company. Worst customer service I have ever run into. This was not my first purchase with your company but it will be the last!

I bought this part less than a year ago and the part went bad. It has a 2 year warranty on it. They started the warranty process but said it will be months before it gets processed and said I will have to buy another and get refunded when the warranty gets approved. After I purchased the second for $50 more than the original they informed me I would only get refunded $100 and not $150. I am still waiting on any kind of money.

Everything. While this company’s products might be viable, their customer service and policies are lacking and even sneaky. Without even opening the box, we had to return a product immediately upon delivery. The company charged a restocking fee… fine. They also made us pay for all the shipping charges back… fine. But they also sneakily kept the upfront costs of shipping that box to us, and after all was said and done we didn’t even get back half of what we had paid for the product. In all they managed to keep around $200! Upon calling, THE ONE GUY (that seems to be their entire customer service department) was unfriendly and definitely smug in standing behind vague policies in order to keep that money. He even sarcastically and sneakily kept trying to spin it that “Fed Ex kept it”. I would never order from Big Frog Supply again. Buy local from a company that cares, understands ‘the cost of doing business’, and can’t hide behind the internet/phone!

I have not received my product from you. I tracked the order and it shows that it was damaged in shipping LAST Thursday! I have not received word from anyone about this and it is now Tuesday. I want my money back!!!

My order was damaged in route and the FedEx decided to return the damaged package. After that, you simply just canceled my order and.refund. This indicates that you don’t want me as a customer. Very bad!

Literally 2 1/2 weeks after placing my order, 2 weeks beyond the day I was assured it would arrive, 1 1/2 weeks after calling the company and asking for clarification, and 4 days since sending the company an email asking for status, I’ve still got nothing. To say that they have dropped the ball would be an understatement.

I was not aware the required O-Ring required for installation was not included with the product. Maybe this was my fault but when I requested return information I was informed of ridiculous "re-stocking fees"......I can't remember the last time a reputable business charged these fees....No worries...will never order from this company again...

Advertised part without dimensions size. Rep stated only size Rainbird made. Would not accept return. And if so, would required purchaser to pay return freight. With return freight it would have cost almost $30 for part. Purchased whole 6" sprinkler from "big box" for $12.98.
