On June 1st I was notified that my order for felco F9 pruning shears order# 1054427had a shipping label created & that USPS was awaiting the item . Since then I have not heard anything from Big Frog Supply Co. I tried to call 3 times last week & every time I got a busy signal. Not a good way to retain a customer. Linda Coletta

Ordered 3 parts. Two o-rings, and a 6 zone cam. Invoice says 6 zone cam. Package has 4 zone cam. 33% failure rate in order. Not recommended.

Have not received my products as of this date. Then again it's 80 miles from VaBch to Moon VA so that's quite a feat for the U.S Post office. 80 miles in 16 days and still nothing in sight. Please don't send by USPS or I will not buy from you again.

We ordered a tankless water heater and immediately canceled it same day because we decided to buy a refuser tank water heater from Lowe’s instead. Instead of canceling they ship the order and after 2 weeks no delivery. We already got a water heater same day we ordered and now they are outfight stealing our money and will not refund. The managers will tell you to screw off when we did everything on our end. They will outright steal your money and will not ship or cancel.

Returned products as it didn't work with my garden setup as I had discussed with customer care and orbit. Took several days between responses from customer service that took over 2 weeks time to resolve completely. Left several messages on voicemails at the customer service lines. To top it all off, Charging me 5% restocking fee for the items. I was trying to use a smaller company instead of going with Amazon but not worth it. They have poor customer service and they shouldn't get a 5% restocking fee for a brand new unopened devices that they make money on twice. Shame on them. On the plus side, fast shipping to get the product.

Went on line, found item, ordered item, credit card charge was processed, got receipt from big frog supply. Next day I get “order canceled”. Turns out they don’t have it in stock and apparently don’t plan to get any in based on canceled order. Not responding to emails asking for clarification. Do they always process credit card charges without checking to see if they have the item in stock?

During the week long deep freeze snow storm in San Antonio my backflow preventer cracked. Forced to replace I bought my unit. It was received with 2of4 valves cracked. Tried calling now phone number available

For reasons which defy explanation the product was sent to the wrong address, one I never had anything to do with and never heard of. This was particularly puzzling because when I signed up with you I provided the particulars about me, including, of course, my address. The person I talked to about this matter was barely civil, really of no sympathetic help. To the business's credit the cost of the product and the shipping were refunded to me. I know stuff happens and I am not a fault finder. Yet I bought the part from another outfit. The part sent to the wrong address arrived back to you via return-to-sender. I would have re-purchased the part but I thought about the experience with your worker and thought the better of it.

Opened the kit and the solution was opened, soggy cardboard all in the pump all the connections corroded.

The item was shipped to a wrong address, 1 which I have never heard of or have ever had anything to do with. I learned this when I wondered where the item was and when tracking saw the mistake and the fact that a return to sender had occurred. Stuff happens and I am not thin skinned. But when I called you the woman who handled my call was just barely civil. No sympathy about what happened not a suggestion what to do about the matter. I am a businessman so I know a person can have an off day but this was vexing. Any solid outfit wishes to please and keep a customer. I understood that I would have to re-order but the more I thought about the more I felt something did not feel right. The person who took my call said the total sum would be credited back to me but I do not yet see that on my card statement.

Ordered one item, but shipped a cheaper and different item. When contacted about it, they started giving BS explanation that it is a newer version. I wanted to have them ship the item as per my original order. Never returned my messages left in voice mail. I won't recommend anyone to use this webstore.

Nothing was wrong everything was wonderful. I clicked on the wrong part of the screen. The product was exactly what I expected all went well.

Very disappointed. Received a product that did not work. Customer service needs to provide a full refund without taking restocking fees and reimburse me for original shipping. I have asked for confirmation of my refund to no avail. Very disappointing.
