You better check the delivery time. Mine ended being 2 weeks so I had to cancel when I did not see any shipment info.

Very disappointed with my experience! I order a programable hose faucet with timer off Amazon. Shortly after I found a different option a a better price. As soon as the item arrived I knew I was returning it and had selected return on Amazon. When I opened the box the packaging of the item was damaged and broken. It looked dirty! I had already selected to return before I even opened the item because I knew I was going to rerun it I selected, “no longer needed”. I sent the item back in the same condition I received it . The company proceeded to charge me an outrageous $25 restocking fee when the item itself cost $50. The company claimed that I had used the item because I didn’t select that the item was damaged in my return. When messaging with the company over Amazon the customer service was poor and not helpful. The company refused to give me a full refund. I have purchased so many things on amazon(almost daily) and never had such a poor experience before. I would not recommend to anyone to purchase from this company.

Normally, I would give Big Frog a great review, but... I recently purchased a backflow cover to fit a 32" x 16" backflow device. In the product spec tab there was no information, least of all dimensions, however on the product description tab, there is a header that states "Specification Sheet" with Features and Specifications outlined below it. See pic attached. In this section, dimensions are stated "Dimensions: 34 in. x 16.5 in. x 26.5 in." ... should have fit my backflow, right? Wrong. The box tapers, and instead of listing the TOP portion that actually needs to FIT the backflow, these dimensions are for the BASE of the cover. ??? Make it make sense. Once I realized there was a mistake made, I called the Big Frog customer service line, was told there was no alternative option and I needed to apply for a return and refund. I did as asked, and I was then notified that I would have to pay for the shipping on the return (the initial shipping cost) PLUS return shipping, totaling almost half of the cost of this cover... which I would normally NOT had a problem with had I felt that this was a mistake made on MY part, but it was not. 1. I read the description, and although in it there is a header that reads "Specification Sheet", it is NOT an obvious hyperlink (different color to indicate that it IS a hyperlink) and suggests it's a header to the information below it. 2. Pertinent information is missing entirely from the Specifications tab built into the website. THIS is where the specification sheet SHOULD have been. This is where I looked for it, and as you can see from the attached picture, the box is completely empty. Additionally, in two places (Description and actual Dimension tabs), the dimensions ARE noted, there is absolutely nothing telling the buyer that this dimension is for the BASE of the cover, and does not apply to the actual FIT of the backflow. I have emailed customer service several times asking for better responses, but all I am met with now is someone telling me that this was my error, that they can do nothing because item descriptions are set by the manufacturer (even though it is incumbent upon Big Frog to give accurate information on their e-commerce website), stonewalling and no replies. I have purchased from Big Frog previously, albeit only a couple of times, but you can be sure that if I am forced to keep this cover or pay $100 in return shipping, I will not be calling on Big Frog again.

Never received order leaked during shipment and was returned by FedEx..... they decided not to ship another..... Got one through different supplier through Amazon which is not my preferred place to buy stuff....But appears to be the only place to get stuff anymore sadly

I spoke with a customer service rep when I ordered from Big Frog clarify that I was using the proper part number for water hydrants with top covers. Photos attached. When my order arrived, no covers, only hydrants. ( I spent well over $500 since I ordered three) I let Big Frog know part of my order had not been shipped & was told to open a ticket. Since I had my ditch open & paying by the hour on my job, I used the hydrants I got that lacked the covers. Now I have an open ticket & getting NO help. I fact, the company now admits that their staff advised me incorrectly, but it's now been over 30 days since I got my order. So I'm SOL. Bad business from the very beginning Attached a photo to show the hydrants I ordered ( with the part number) The covers are attached to the hydrants in the photo & the part number is visible. False advertisement & customer service is non-existent Will NEVER spend my money here again!

Never received the item. They are unwilling to refund my money. I will be filing a dispute on my credit card...What a big waste of time. They are saying Fedex delivered the item but to a different address...Not my problem. I did not hire Fedex, they did and they do not want to fix the problem. I will order products from someone more reliable.

Lao I ordered an item, was told it was delivered via email. It wasn’t actually delivered though. After that, without any communication from the Frog people, I received an email stating that the product had been returned. I received another one telling me a credit had been issued. All the usual stuff, except… I never received anything let alone returned the item I ordered. I still wanted it. There was no communication about what happened or why and no attempt to make things right. I guess expect that from them…

i received the unit by fedx just pieces i emailed to big frog to get a replacement they didnt replaced about 10 days later they refund my money but no explenation i hope never have to buy nothing from big frog again or will not recomend any one

Took the order with payment on 11/25, said it was being shipped on 11/28, sent an email they were processing a return on 12/2 and then refunded the amount to paypal on 12/2. I would have ordered what I wanted someplace else and had it by now.

I ordered a Rainbird controller from Big Frog Supply. Item arrived in a box with somebody else’s name and address written in sharpy on the box along with a date of 2021. I opened the box to find a controller with mud on it and missing hardware inside. I immediately boxed it back up and returned it. They marked my refund status on Amazon as “refund issued”. Great, problem resolved. It wasn’t until weeks later I found that I don’t have a refund on my credit card. Digging in further on my Amazon account, I notice they just entered a 1 penny refund just so they can steal from anybody not paying close enough attention. Shady practice #1. I called Big Frog, and a representative said they didn’t issue a refund because the product is not theirs. They said they took it and restocked it in their warehouse. So, Big frog is going to take a product “that is not theirs” and put it back into their warehouse to sell what they believe to be somebody else’s product? Shady business practice #2. Now I’m out $357, and Big Frog has this broken product back in their possession. Each day I call, they promise a callback, but I have never received an incoming call from Big Frog to even attempt to make this right.

They sold me a defective irrigation clock that broke right after the 30 day return policy and almost cost me thousands of dollars. They told me they couldn't help me. DONT BUY FROM HERE, THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCTS!

Be careful what you order if you might possibly have to return it because you won't get any refund back at all so you might as well just flush your money down the toilet

Timer cannot be programmed for more than 7 days. I have an orchard and need to program for 2week cycles. Therefore this timer is useless to me.
