Order one type of graphite washer called a left handed washer but was sent a right handed one instead.

Big Frog cannot figure out what has been shipped to me for my order of 3 items. I received 5 nozzles for a total cost of about $9 with an email saying that I received my entire order of $146. Seven valves at about $21 each had not been shipped. Then I received 3 of the seven valves again with an email saying they completed my order. I have sent them 3 emails with pictures of the packages but they say that they have not received the emails when I know that they have. Overall their order and shipping people are very poor at their job.

Their return policy is terrible. The part didn’t fit. I sent it back, and they only reimbursed me for a 1/3 of the cost.

The initial purchase went fine, were talking ONE spigot, that was the transaction. I wrote a favorable review for said purchase. Now I keep getting emails to review the same product, I have only ever made one purchase from this company. So this is a review of the review process, its ANNOYING.

I was told pkg was shipped. Given a track no. And told should receive it by Monday or Tuesday. Never recvd it. FedEx said never shipped. Called Co. They said it never left warehouse. Asked to cancel and was told, once they locate it, they can cancel it.

I was duped by scammers, I reached out to this amazing company and they requested for the details of the company i invested into. Shortly after, They reached out to me and gave me options of what they negotiated with the company, Either i sue or they just pay me off, I didn't want any trouble so i just asked to be paid by the company, +1 405- ^^^^- 400---^^ 8323 did that, You can contact them now and thank me later.

Terrible they only would go maximum 3' I had to order all new one's with 3 times the claimed distance to hopefully get what I was looking for. Very cheap products. I would not recommend this company. Terrible customer service as well.....

I cannot write a review on the item I did not receive. I have sent two e-mails about this situation there are no reply. I am going to cancel the purchase if in the next two I did not receive the item.

Terrible quality of products, the 1st order under performed so bad, I literally threw all of them away after installing only 6 of them, and then had to re- order a 2nd set of products to replace the faulty and defective 1st order. It cost me another $65.00 on top of the original $65.00 spent. I sent emails nothing from the company to stand behind the 1st set of faulty products. I have yet to receive the 2nd set of products. However, I will never do business with this company again. They do not stand behind their products, and zero response if your unhappy………

Never Again: I called your company because my Meyers sprinkler pump went out. I’m a home owner and some what handy. I was hoping to save a little money, so I decided to replace the pump myself. I explained this to the agent at Big Frog. I told them what pump and size I had. The agent from Big Frog told me PentAir had a comparable pump. I explained that I didn’t know which pump I needed, I was going on their knowledge. I was assured that the pump I need was the one they were recommending. I purchased and installed the pump, based on their knowledge, when I received it. Big Frog sold me a jet pump, I needed a centrifugal pump. Because I installed the pump Big Frog did not want to refund my order. After several emails and phone calls they agreed to a refund. I paid $654.00 for the pump. I was told they would charge me $107.00 for shipping. My total refund was $327.29. I would never order anything from Big Frog Supply in the future. I will tell everyone to be Leery of Big Frog.

The box was delivered empty. we refused the delivery and ask to resend the product. the supplier stated they are not responsible for lost packages and did not agree to refund or resend the product. very disappointed with the customer service, can not see myself ordering again from big frog, just lost $300. Now have to deal with my bank try to get my money back

This company has the worst customer service I’ve ever experience from an Amazon seller. Their commutation is non existent. Even with multiple messages sent. Zero reply. They have cost me time and money due to their shipping error. I will never do business with this company again. Beware buyers. Order from someone else.

Ordered in January. Got the wrong piece which is sitting around somewhere because it's totally useless to me and now, June 29th, after all these months, I receive a refund for 97 cents. What a joke.

Picture that I ordered from the picture said it was a Mansfield brand and you guys shipped me a premier. Same red handle and they looked almost the same but the innards were different. $30 for a hose bib and it didn’t even work for me. I am a plumber and I was trying to just replace out the innards on an existing hose bib on someone’s house versus replacing the whole entire hose bib behind the wall.

Wrong item was shipped. Notified them same day I received package. First it took a day for them to get back to me, then I had to fill out a form. Then they didn't believe that they sent the wrong item. First they asked me to send the SKU that was on the package to them for verification. After that was sent they actually asked me to send them PHOTOS of the BOX and the ITEM before they sent me a return label. What a hassle! 5 days later they FINALLY sent me a return label. I asked them to also create a UPS pick up to my address because I didn't want to have to ALSO go to the UPS store and stand in line (with COVID) since this was their error. They completely IGNORED my request. Horrible horrible company.
