Wrong item was shipped. Notified them same day I received package. First it took a day for them to get back to me, then I had to fill out a form. Then they didn't believe that they sent the wrong item. First they asked me to send the SKU that was on the package to them for verification. After that was sent they actually asked me to send them PHOTOS of the BOX and the ITEM before they sent me a return label. What a hassle! 5 days later they FINALLY sent me a return label. I asked them to also create a UPS pick up to my address because I didn't want to have to ALSO go to the UPS store and stand in line (with COVID) since this was their error. They completely IGNORED my request. Horrible horrible company.
