I never received my order. I had to continually request a status update. Evidently, an incomplete address was used when the order was shipped. I was notified that the order was returned. I provided the complete address and requested that order be resent. Instead, Big Frog just issued a refund. I guarantee you, I will do my shopping elsewhere

Item was lost in mail. I've reached out 3 times. 2 by email one by phone and have yet to get a response. I no longer need said item because i bought it from Amazon.

I ordered an 11.5 inch vent for a tankless water heater. You sent a 21 inch vent and I had to buy the 11.5 from another vendor. When I returned the 21 inch vent your employees lied that it was the correct vent that I ordered. I asked the employee to take a photo showing how long the returned vent was and that was refused. You are totally dishonest.

Ordered two Vista Outdoor Lighting DTC200 timers, which did not fit my transformer due to the NEMA 5-15 plug being justified towards the bottom of the assembly. Returned them after a simple fit check. Incoming inspection at Big Frog flagged that switch as damaged at the side plug location I did not touch (see pictures). Nickle and dimed by this company, and feeling irritated by the lack of recourse and their resolution. They seem reputable in general, but in my case I am quite suspicious at the cause of that minor scuffing. Suggestion - don't order direct from them, if you have the option.

When I called and asked the customer service representative for a 1hp pump he told me that they didn't have it in stocks and TOLD ME "A 1 1/2 HP WOULD WORK JUST FINE AND IT WONT MAKE MUCH DIFFERENCE"...Wrong! After it arrived I found out it makes a big difference. So I called back to arrange a return and bottom line is, I got charged $ 139.88. From my refund.. NOT HAPPY ! (Shipping and restock fee. I'm sure you know who I talked to.

I specifically needed a Sollos ground stack "GS08 998100 8" GROUND STAKE PVC 1629" which was offered on Big Frog Supply's web site. I paid over $7 for the part and over $8 for shipping. I received a very "generic" ground stack and could have purchased four of these "Generic" stacks from Amazon for about half of the total amount I paid.

I ordered a $117 pole pruner head and returned it. They never gave me a refund. Claimed they did not receive it. I even paid extra at UPS store to upgrade the return box. Shop somewhere else!! 👎👎👎

If I could give this company minus 100 stars I would. They do not abide by their own return policy. I returned a new, unused Rain Bird valve cover box within 30 days because of a discrepancy on the dimensions. I was assured I just had to pay for return shipping and I would receive a full credit for the return. That has not happened. Do yourself a favor, do not buy anything from this disreputable company.

Package arrived quickly which was great. Box was full of bugs in the packaging and on the water filters! Emailed photos to customer service who sent a return label. Does not give me confidence that the problem will be addressed and that the bug covered filters won’t be sent to the next customer who orders.

Hello Kari, Thanks for brining this issue to our attention. Our warehousing facilities across the country are in outdoor environments, so we have the occasional bug in the warehouse. We have investigated and believe this is a one off issue, as we have not had any other stink bugs making trips via UPS or FEDEX reported to us. We also insured your package was boxed and shipped in the plastic bag shielding your filter from making contact with the outside air, or bug. This item had zero contamination by the bug. We apologize about the issue, and the scare to find that stink bug in your box. We hope you give us another shot!
I ordered a $$$ shower arm, the homeowners left for an extended vacation, I showed the homeowner the shower arm when they got back. They didn't like the finish. I didn't even take it out of the box. Big Frog supply said I could not return the shower arm, even though it had not been installed, was still in the box because 30 days had elapsed and they could no longer credit it. I'm a plumbing contractor and that doesn't set well at all.

I received my order three days later than I was supposed to, and when I emailed the company about it, I received nothing back. When the light finally arrived the box was busted up and broken.

Ordered items on 5/31/21. On 6/5/21 received an email from Big Frog Supply that said my order was shipped and provided a tracking number. At that time putting in the tracking number just showed that FedEx had received the shipping info but no package yet. Since then I have checked FedEx several times and as of the evening of 6/13/21 FedEx still only show they have received the shipping info but no package. It has been 2 weeks and the whereabouts of my package are unknown. Very bad service!
