On June 1st I was notified that my order for felco F9 pruning shears order# 1054427had a shipping label created & that USPS was awaiting the item . Since then I have not heard anything from Big Frog Supply Co. I tried to call 3 times last week & every time I got a busy signal. Not a good way to retain a customer.
