“My experience with Big Frog was exceptional! Unfortunately, problems with the carrier, Fed Ex, resulting in cancelling the order (sending it back). After 3 days of being told that the item was on the truck and "out for delivery" or delivery "pending" I finally said enough was enough. I've never seen such incompetence as I witnessed with Fed Ex. Big Frog was very helpful and understanding throughout the whole ordeal. I'd buy from them again.”
