MICHAEL FOX is a terrible, unprofessional, greedy and unhygienic driving instructor who works with Bill Plant, Nottingham. Whenever he has NO answer, doesn't know what to say to a pupil’s question: MR MICHAEL FOX just starts raising his voice. Seriously, he has such a deep ARGUMENTATIVE and AGGRESSIVE tone, attitude and HYPER personality. MR Michael Fox has ZERO technical and theoretical knowledge about driving. MICHAEL FOX never plans his lessons and is not bothered about pupils progress as, HE’S ONLY BOTHERED ABOUT MONEY, MONEY & MONEY! MICHAEL FOX’s lessons were never planned, structured and has NO technique to teach someone how to drive and prepare for a driving test. I will seriously NEVER recommend him to anyone. Driver instructor: MICHAEL FOX (Bill Plant), is a WOLF who is nothing more than a major shark whom is only after money. I have paid over £2000 for 60+ lessons. MICHAEL FOX has ZERO knowledge about driving whatsoever. As whatever question about driving is asked he has only one response: first 4 months he stays quiet like a dead body, falls asleep in half of the lesson and then after he shouts: “FORGET ABOUT IT”. (Seriously, he’s a three faced wolf). During the lesson, I asked him to give constructive feedback at the end of the lesson-first 3 months, in an arrogant tone he would say: “I WANT TO GOO”. AND after that, if I asked for feedback MICHAEL FOX would start ARGUING, being AGGRESSIVE and his TONE is full of THORNS & is SPITEFUL!! SERIOUSLY, I’ve never met such a greedy man in my life before. Nevertheless, his car was very unclean, had food crumbs scattered over the driver’s seat and the car reeked of a disgusting odour. My family curse him for that all the money I’ve paid him proves no benefit to him, as it is said KARMA comes back thus; he’ll have to pay for the dreadful, terrible and vicious deeds he’s committed.

This company are nothing more than sharks who are only after money. I have paid over £1095 to undertake a driving instructors course of which I have not even started yet. Due to medical reasons i now cannot begin this course yet I have flatly been refused my money back by this company. Reading other reviews and looking further in to Bill Plant as a company they certainly have form for this. Nothing more than theft, now having to pay for legal advice to fight this . Avoid paying these sharks money up front for any services.

Tried to book for a lesson they always called at 5pm immediately hangup and them say they've tried to contact you please try and make a booking with them.

Still waiting for my refund after they were so quick to take my money. Been 10 days now. Had to report it to my credit card company. They deserve reporting to the police for theft.

Appalling company do not use whatsoever They take your money and leave you till a week to your test tell you they won't take you on your test say cause don't think safe enough even tho previously held a full time license before,but advice to drive my sisters car for the test whilst saying not safe too drive lol they are just a money grabbing company they are not there to help nobody other than see how much money can make out of you before you realise that's why they there. customer service Is as bad if not worse than the instructors there selfs rude discoconnected from people and got no clue about customer service if could give minus 5 I definitely would absolutely caused me stress anxiety and now got to move my test by 5 months

Appallingly sad discrimination I must admit that it hurts my feelings, deeply to suffer discrimination like this in UK, specially when I'm the 1st saying that UK isn't as bad as the other countries in Europe. I call the 1st time on the 30th of September, explain my situation, that I have my driving test on the 31st of October. Couldn't make the payment because I was abroad. Call the 2nd time on the 3rd of October, to make the payment, the person I've spoken with, clearly does not care if she was ruining my future, once I've booked the test months ago and was struggling to find an available instructor, and we all know how hard it has been to find a test date this year, says there's nothing that could be done because of the "company policies", even when there's plenty of time until the test. I've called again and basically begged for someone to find me an instructor as this is very important to me. Still this person says no, and now is treating me like I'm an uneducated person. Really hurtful. I asked her if it had anything to do with the fact that I'm not British. She keeps repeating that it's the company's policy. Okay. I then ask my partner (who's British) to call on behalf of his daughter. Guess what? They found an instructor for "her". I'm glad the calls are recorded. If the owners care, even if just a little bit, you'll train your staff or have actions taken towards the company you're employing to deal with the correspondence, to treat everyone EQUALLY! Now, it's up to each of you to tell me, if the fact that I am not British is or not the reason I didn't get an instructor? Right. Appalling. Sad. Discrimination

Worst driving school , instructor refusing to provide me with a refund then refused to take lesson. Do not book with this school !!!

Worst experience ever, would rate ZERO for customer service, i felt like they trapped us in paying money and didn’t co-operate to resolve the issue. The customer service also provides misleading information. Would never recommend Bill Plant to anyone.

George has fallen asleep while teaching my son, not once but 4 times. My son did not divulge this information with us until the 4th time it happened. He also turns up late & cuts lessons so he is on time for his next pupil. I have reported him to DVSA and Bill Plant who are now looking into this. I do not recommend him at all.

I have really bad experience with my Instructor Emma Slopper from bill plant. I had nearly 23 hours lessons. At the very beginning I already told my Instructor that I don't worry about that how many hours I need to pass but I rather want to be perfect and safe on the road. I urge her so many time to take me on the quite state where I can practice more on clutch control and gear handling. But she didn't listen me at all and keep taking me on busy roads. And as a learner if I made mistakes, she gave me comments like:- 1. Your mistakes are frustrating me. 2. I don't enjoy the lesson with you. 3. Even if you pass the driving test my concern is you gonna be threat to the other drivers on the road. 4. You should go for automatic car maybe its works good for you. 5. Brake padel on Instructor side is too high so I cannot keep my foot all the time on the brake for cover. 6. The car I got is too powerful for learner. These are all the comments I heard from her everyday that really put me down to drive. My concern is if all the Instructor starts thinking like her I don't think there will be new drivers on the road. Because every teacher was once a student. You learn from mistakes but saying that if you pass the driving test on manual car you will be threat to the other drivers is totally unacceptable. In my last two lessons with her which was Friday 6th May and 7th May, I came home crying because she put me down to drive, and now I think I can never drive again.

Driving instructor in bolton was horrible. Asian man, he kept raising his voice at me fully knowing i have anxiety and i am a nervous driver which made it worse. He kept texting on his phone whilst on a driving lesson. He made me go to the corner shop so he can get a drink in the middle of the test. Took a mock test with him and he didnt have faith in me to even let me go forward to take my test in two weeks because all he was bothered about was getting points on his badge. I struggle with my left & rights sometimes and he didnt understand that i have issues, spoke bad about a previous instructor i had when there was no need. As there was traffic he told me to meet me him half way to save time & after 4-5 lessons with him he still never parked infront of my house always elsewere. Worst instructor i had & only cares about the money. Made me waste 70 a week just for him to say i cant take my test

Worst company ever. Wilson the driving instructor told my son he was ill and he informed Bill Plant of his illness and they would send different instructor. Well they didn't and upon ringing they said that they did not even know he was off ill. I would avoid this driving school at all costs. Complete waste of time

Worst instructors ever!!!! Just got told to get in the car and drive, never got tod of any maneuver, the instructors used his phone plenty time while I was driving, wasted my money, please don't use BILL PLANT

PLEASE PLEASE do not book with MIZAN ROHMAN he works with BILL PLANT. He is very unprofessional! He was ALWAYS late to my lessons, cancelled lessons on the day to take other students to their test even though he knew that the student had their test that day he also cancels randomly maybe an hour before the lesson. He talks all the way through the test about his personal life instead of teaching you properly. He stops half way through the test to take cigarette breaks for himself (i do not smoke) he has now done that nearly every 1 or 2 hour lesson i have had. He ALWAYS takes phone calls from his wife, other students or random people during the lesson and puts it on loud speaker via the aux which is very distracting during your lesson. He is the most unprofessional driver’s instructor i have ever had. We was doing bay parking and he stopped to go and get a red bull in the shop. He always finished my lessons 10-15minutes early and never gives me the full lesson. I definitely would NOT recommend MIZAN ROHMAN. He smokes alot and when he comes back into the car it smells of cigarettes. He is very desperate for money. He will not pass you. I refused to pay him a lesson and threatened me saying he will come to my house to tale the payment. He is a very intimidating man. I have attached a video of proof that he takes phone calls during the lesson.

Corona virus did not matter, contact nill,maybe course in Glasgow, contact nill,£995 thanks, goodbye, the money sorry you paid £995 is now mine .Thanks Goodbye, Be aware of John the salesman.

Hi my daughter took lessons from pablo at bill plant I was told his deaf aware as my daughter is deaf but she is very intelligent person he choose to teach her having me sat at back to help him identify anything she needs to prob say at first he said I was afraid to take her on due to her deafness but shes better then my normal students picks up well he used note book to write to her and pictures to explain all of a sudden he had split personality where he thought if he dont teach my daughter I can't find anyone he started with oh only I show pictures and write notes etc no one else will do this then I watched him my daughter's driving was getting better but he was delaying to let her go on proper roads I payed him £60 for 2 hrs weekly he said he only did 2 hrs then I said look it's been like 8 hrs driving she had some lessons before you should take her futher out then go around same spot first he gave treat I wont teach her ul find someone else no one wanted her I picked her up showed discrimination towards her deafness then he took her futher she did well he let her drive home said his happy then now he today she had lesson yesterday he goes I'm I'm unwell il refund your money I had lesson s booked in advance to one night before he says I'm sick give me your details for refund I said it's ok will wait till you better no rush as I didnt want to switch her instructor as she was getting used to him he insisted for my bank details sent refund I said hopefully see you in 2 weeks if your better he said I wont teach auto now il teach manual so hes sick then hes switching cars he lied after making 10hrs money from us I will report him to dvsa for his discrimination and behaviour dont drive with him at times he will break for her when I'm sat at back nothing coming or un necessary to make her nerves so he can avoid moving her forward I to question nothing was their you beaked he goes she was going to take the wrong turn even if was I'm a passed driver if it's done properly theirs no need for emergency break he is terrible till it suits him he made money of us

Instructor Mostafa blatantly ignored me, and so has the company. The instructor did not state whether or not there'd be any lessons that week or even replied back and from what I've been told, has already made excuses about the time I texted him (respond the next day or something?). I've had 18 hours with him thus far. What Mostafa could (and should) have done is texted me making very clear his intentions to cancel any future lessons with me so that I could move forward with a new instructor/company, but instead wasted my time when I have a test on April I contacted the company through their info email on 26/01/22 and through their web contact us form on 27/01/22, and I have been blatantly ignored. All I asked for were three things: A response; A new instructor; and 100% acknowledgment instructor Mostafa was in the wrong (I offered evidence of the text exchange).

The driving instructor I was given had no discipline. He changed the times of every lesson I had. He also told me he could not do a date and moved it to another date but turned up on the date and time he had cancelled. I foolishly decided to give him another chance and booked a lesson the following week but was left disappointed once again. He did not cancel again it was worse he just did not bother to turn up and did not even bother to let me know why. I am thankful I did not pay up front or I could have lost my money. For any one looking to book lessons with them do so with caution and DO NOT PAY UP FRONT.

I took 10 hour lessons with a Bill Plant instructor. The courses were fine, and the instructor was kind. Until I called to cancel my extra lessons and told the teacher that I would like to have my extra lessons closer to the day of my driving test since I am not financially stable enough to provide for an extra 10 hours. However, he was quite disrespectful and insulted me. He was furious and stated that he was losing a lot of money as a result of me. I apologised, attempting to remain professional, but he dismissed me and accused me of enjoying the fact that he was losing money. He was really unprofessional, and it turned out that the nice driving instructor was merely a mask; as soon as I couldn't afford him, he showed his real face. He also said that he will not let me take his car to driving test as it is up to him if I am ready or not. I WILL NEVER TAKE ANY LESSONS FROM BILL PLANT AGAIN!
