“Worst company ever. Wilson the driving instructor told my son he was ill and he informed Bill Plant of his illness and they would send different instructor. Well they didn't and upon ringing they said that they did not even know he was off ill. I would avoid this driving school at all costs. Complete waste of time”

“PLEASE PLEASE do not book with MIZAN ROHMAN he works with BILL PLANT. He is very unprofessional! He was ALWAYS late to my lessons, cancelled lessons on the day to take other students to their test even though he knew that the student had their test that day he also cancels randomly maybe an hour before the lesson. He talks all the way through the test about his personal life instead of teaching you properly. He stops half way through the test to take cigarette breaks for himself (i do not smoke) he has now done that nearly every 1 or 2 hour lesson i have had. He ALWAYS takes phone calls from his wife, other students or random people during the lesson and puts it on loud speaker via the aux which is very distracting during your lesson. He is the most unprofessional driver’s instructor i have ever had. We was doing bay parking and he stopped to go and get a red bull in the shop. He always finished my lessons 10-15minutes early and never gives me the full lesson. I definitely would NOT recommend MIZAN ROHMAN. He smokes alot and when he comes back into the car it smells of cigarettes. He is very desperate for money. He will not pass you. I refused to pay him a lesson and threatened me saying he will come to my house to tale the payment. He is a very intimidating man.

“Hi my daughter took lessons from pablo at bill plant I was told his deaf aware as my daughter is deaf but she is very intelligent person he choose to teach her having me sat at back to help him identify anything she needs to prob say at first he said I was afraid to take her on due to her deafness but shes better then my normal students picks up well he used note book to write to her and pictures to explain all of a sudden he had split personality where he thought if he dont teach my daughter I can't find anyone he started with oh only I show pictures and write notes etc no one else will do this then I watched him my daughter's driving was getting better but he was delaying to let her go on proper roads I payed him £60 for 2 hrs weekly he said he only did 2 hrs then I said look it's been like 8 hrs driving she had some lessons before you should take her futher out then go around same spot first he gave treat I wont teach her ul find someone else no one wanted her I picked her up showed discrimination towards her deafness then he took her futher she did well he let her drive home said his happy then now he today she had lesson yesterday he goes I'm I'm unwell il refund your money I had lesson s booked in advance to one night before he says I'm sick give me your details for refund I said it's ok will wait till you better no rush as I didnt want to switch her instructor as she was getting used to him he insisted for my bank details sent refund I said hopefully see you in 2 weeks if your better he said I wont teach auto now il teach manual so hes sick then hes switching cars he lied after making 10hrs money from us I will report him to dvsa for his discrimination and behaviour dont drive with him at times he will break for her when I'm sat at back nothing coming or un necessary to make her nerves so he can avoid moving her forward I to question nothing was their you beaked he goes she was going to take the wrong turn even if was I'm a passed driver if it's done properly theirs no need for emergency break he is terrible till it suits him he made money of us”
“Instructor Mostafa blatantly ignored me, and so has the company. The instructor did not state whether or not there'd be any lessons that week or even replied back and from what I've been told, has already made excuses about the time I texted him (respond the next day or something?). I've had 18 hours with him thus far. What Mostafa could (and should) have done is texted me making very clear his intentions to cancel any future lessons with me so that I could move forward with a new instructor/company, but instead wasted my time when I have a test on April
I contacted the company through their info email on 26/01/22 and through their web contact us form on 27/01/22, and I have been blatantly ignored. All I asked for were three things:
A response;
A new instructor;
and 100% acknowledgment instructor Mostafa was in the wrong (I offered evidence of the text exchange).”
“The driving instructor I was given had no discipline. He changed the times of every lesson I had. He also told me he could not do a date and moved it to another date but turned up on the date and time he had cancelled. I foolishly decided to give him another chance and booked a lesson the following week but was left disappointed once again. He did not cancel again it was worse he just did not bother to turn up and did not even bother to let me know why. I am thankful I did not pay up front or I could have lost my money. For any one looking to book lessons with them do so with caution and DO NOT PAY UP FRONT.”

After having two previous instructors with different companies, one went off the radar and the other I had to report for inappropriate behaviour, I picked Bill Plant as they had a female instructor available in my area.
Aysha Munawar was a brilliant instructor, so friendly and picked up on lots of bad habits I had learnt with other instructors so that I passed after learning with her for only around 3 months or so. Her teaching style is brilliant and she really builds your confidence and skills quickly to get you test level! Even though there were temporary issues with her car and I had to take my test in a brand new car, Aysha made me confident and not worried and I passed with just 3 minors!

“I took 10 hour lessons with a Bill Plant instructor. The courses were fine, and the instructor was kind. Until I called to cancel my extra lessons and told the teacher that I would like to have my extra lessons closer to the day of my driving test since I am not financially stable enough to provide for an extra 10 hours. However, he was quite disrespectful and insulted me. He was furious and stated that he was losing a lot of money as a result of me. I apologised, attempting to remain professional, but he dismissed me and accused me of enjoying the fact that he was losing money. He was really unprofessional, and it turned out that the nice driving instructor was merely a mask; as soon as I couldn't afford him, he showed his real face. He also said that he will not let me take his car to driving test as it is up to him if I am ready or not. I WILL NEVER TAKE ANY LESSONS FROM BILL PLANT AGAIN!”
“Very bad experience. For the first 2 hours lesson the instructor texted in the same day, so very short notice to cancel the lesson. When I cancelled 2 days later as I could not sleep all night long, so I did not feel able to drive as it is no safe, they charge me 60 pounds. I consider this totally unfair. An instructor could cancel with very short notice, but if we cancel as customers are charged 60 pounds. Do not waste your time and money with this totally unprofessional school!”

“I had Stefan in the Cannock area. He only spends around 30 minutes actually teaching you to drive and for the rest of the lesson, he just talks about his other students, even mentioning whereabouts they live. Not professional at all and he talks extremely slow.

Can not fault Faisa one bit, she pointed out my weaknesses and we worked through them, she had confidence in me and believed in me which boosted my confidence, she was always reliable, friendly and such a bubbly women, who from the start set a plan each lesson, and guided me to success of passing my driving test first time!!

“Don't pay in advance for block bookings. My son paid £250 up front for driving lessons. He had about 3 lessons and then covid hit. After lockdown when driving lessons re-started he contacted his instructor to restart lessons. There was no reply from his instructor. It was later revealed that his driving instructor had left the company to do something else. When my son started asking questions about his upfront costs that he had paid before covid the response he got from the company was sorry you can't have the money back and there is nothing more we can do for you. My son is on an apprentice wage and has worked hard for his money, he is having financial difficulties paying his new instructor. So I would definitely not recommend you choose Bill Plant as your driving instructor school because they take the money upfront and don't give it back!”

“Really let down 2 weeks before sons test instructor said could not continue and Bill Plant refused to help us get another instructor to help with lesson ant test disgraceful service happy to take your money but won’t actually help. Son ended up taking test in our car and passing with 1 minor thanks to a 2 week crash course with his dad thanks a lot Bill Plant for nothing”
