“Postage and delivery was very quick! I was trying to track the item so contacted the store but they replied quite late when the item was already delivered. That's the only reason I'm giving 4 stars not 5. But overall a good experience.”

“My package arrived safely and I was well informed on its progress 😊 I ordered some hangers for my Ukeleles sadly I didn’t realise how heavy they were!!It might have said in the blurb but I think they might need an engineered wall to take their weight!!”

“Bought a hard case for my epiphone casino online as is the morm now with the Covid issue, advertised at $239, good price picked it up communication was excellent then I got it home and it had a tag on It saying sale price $229 ? But can’t complain the service was good although they could find the case when I first got there. Overall good experience”

“Great order experience. My only issue is that i was asked in the ordering form to authorise to leave the product at my door, which i said not to be left at my door. However, when it was delivered it was just left infront of the door.”

“Very quick delivery of my Yamaha reface CS to Sydney. Despite a dent or two in delivery, the synthesiser was undamaged and intact with the bubble wrapping.”

“Service was good, but my guitar delivered and left at my door, in full view of the road, for anyone to take even though I said not to leave it there if no one was home. Lucky my wife came home early from work and was able to bring it inside before it was stolen”

“First up - I'm very happy with my Korg Wavestate. Bernard and Chris in Whitehorse Road were super helpful and were actually key in my decision to commit to buying the Korg Wavestate (in addition to weeks of watching Youtube reviews and demos). There seems to be some communication issue between the stores and the web team, however. Regardless of that, overall it was a good experience and I'll keep Billy Hyde in mind for next time.”
