“Disappointing. I was stuck waiting for several weeks for an item which was listed as "in stock", but was in fact on back-order from the stockist. Even after I was informed that there was no stock available, the item was still listed as "in stock" on your website. I understand that shipping times have blown out recently, but this was straight up dishonest -- if an item isn't available, you should say that it's unavailable before wasting three weeks of my time. I was able to find the same item from another supplier, who sent it within 2 days.”
