The choice of shipping company was horrendous. The company failed to provide customer service and correct updates of the location of the parcel. Please choose a decent shipping company that provides actual customer service.

Bought a marshal ms2 mini amp for my son , very disappointed . Hardly any volume on one setting a bit better on overdrive. Been too busy to return it. Very disappointed.

I ordered 2 brilliant finish cymbals that I assumed were new but both were covered in yellow stains from finger marks. Happy to buy other products from here, just not cymbals.

The return process online is not acceptable with 25% restocking fee. If you accidentally purchase the wrong item, you are doomed.

Billy Hyde gave me an AusPost tracking number. Two weeks later I reach out asking where it is. A week later they realise they sent via a courier. Still waiting for them to tell me where it is after three weeks. Not impressed.

Ordered 3 x fs6 boss pedals on Nov 30 only one was delivered on December 11. Phone rep says the shipment didn’t leave until later and only one was shipped because of warehouse mistake. She said the others will be sent, and I asked for a confirmation email. I received the email but no tracking and no idea when the other 2 items will arrive. Poor service.

the delivery company has failed to follow the delivery instructions twice and i still have not received the items

They have advised that you called them and advised further delivery inrformation to assist with this being delivered to your home. Your proof of identity checks don’t work. I had several emails and had to prove my identity, proof of card all sorts of stuff, was close to jacking it in as was becoming too hard to do. Would not recommend based on checks to authenticate my card, the customer . Poor

Bit disappointed this time as I have using Billy Hyde for many years and this time it took just over 2 weeks to receive my delivery hopefully this can improve

This was my first experience with the new Billy Hyde and I have to say it was a very poor one. I understand that there were inventory discrepancies but the delivery time was really unacceptable. I’m very grateful to the manager who called me lay last week and straightened everything out very quickly for me, but the call centre that handles online orders is beyond hopeless.
