“Customer support was great! Was quickly able to fix up my problem regarding shipping prices and did it without any fuss. However, the packaging for my pearl drum throne was not so great but it could be because of the courier instead of the music store. The packaging box had some areas where it was punctured by the drum throne. Throne looks and seems to be fine, but it could have turned out worse and it might for others buying in the future.”

“I bought a hi hat stand that was delivered in a very shabby speaker stand box I nearly told the courier its not for me then I thought I'd look and the docket said from Billy Hyde so checked and inside was my hi hat stand but had no bubble wrap or padding at all and because of that the box was squashed and torn and just sticky-taped. Hi hat stands need padding in packaging as the bar can easily bend and be ruined. I was amazed it was in good condition but was obviously a display model or it would've been in its own unopened and packaged properly box. A zero score on packing there Billy Hyde.”

“Ordered triangle picks as pictured on website. Was delivered standard shaped picks. They are right brand and tlex just wrong shape. They are a present for someone whose specificly wanted triangle shaped pick. Haven't had a chance to contact store to discuss. Thanks Mat 0413665386”

“In these times, doing a good job of locating the item ( Yamaha Drum Cymbal Hi hat stands) from your supplier system was pretty damn good. You had no stock at the time,- so awaited the long wait, but a few weeks later you had managed to get me one. Happy with that, and now looking to buy another Yamaha cymbal stand. My kit is the original 1968 Yamaha Kit (Blue Pearl) so I am keeping with the brand, and replacing the worn bits, with newer Yamaha hardware pieces as needed, and putting the old original kit bits into storage.”

“Postage and delivery was very quick! I was trying to track the item so contacted the store but they replied quite late when the item was already delivered. That's the only reason I'm giving 4 stars not 5. But overall a good experience.”
