“I ordered an item online only to realise (too late) an important notice to check with the store first as it was out of stock. I tried to call the following day, only to be updated that they have processed the order and will be shipped soon. They must have sorted it out by themselves without the need of me to call. Received the item on time. Well done!”

“My experience with Billy Hyde Music was outstanding. I purchased a guitar for my youngest as a Christmas present, not only did it arrive well ahead of time, they waived the postage fee and the guitar was an even better quality than I expected. My son now plays every day.”

“Billy Hyde's competitiveness in the marketplace is astounding. In an already crowded market, they consistently beat all others on pricing and shipping, in some cases up to $50 difference. “I’d been trying to find an original Epiphone case for the Viola bass in WA. Asked one of the local music stores in Perth who tried to get one from their supplier but to no avail after nearly a month. Billy Hyde seemed to be the only place in Oz that had one in stock, so I ordered it from their online shop which was a breeze to navigate and pay. I was kept up to date with my order which arrived on time. Very happy with the service.”
