While the 2.0 strap is much better than the original, it still has its flaws and typically becomes unbuckled. When it does work though, the data is wonderful to analyze for those who just want to get healthier and those who want to take their athletic endeavors to the next level

I have had my bio strap for a week and it has come off twice at night while trying to monitor sleep. After that happened, I taped it on with medical adhesive tape but the silicone in the strap keeps the medical tape from attaching tightly. Now I am going to try duct tape and then forget it. I don't think I should have to pay additionally for a new strap which according to reviews is not 100% effective either.

Overall good product but some major issues. 1. No clock. Didn't think this was a big deal but it is 2. All of your straps are horrible. The original and 2.0 it's almost like no one on your development team has worn a watch before. 3. Software is a little buggy. Sometimes not updating sleep, sometimes not counting steps. Overall needs improvement

This is a great device, no question about that, BUT, I am 6;7" with a very big frame and the wrist band kept coming undone and only by sheer good fortune did I find the thing when I noticed it gone. This happened multiple times so I purchased the supposed improved strap - even worse! My solution? Bought a bunch of wrist/sweat bands and put them over the wrist strap - ahhhhh! Security! Please Biostrap, produce a band that operates like a watch strap and please do it yesterday.

I like the information the Biostrap is giving me. It has been dead on in terms of when I need to take time off and recover. Areas for improvement though would be in the buckling of the wrist strap. I find that in taking coats on and off, the wrist strap will also come off. The other area of improvement I hope they make soon is faster syncing. There are still mornings where it takes a long time to get the wrist strap to sync with my iPhone.

Hi Biostrap team! :) As I’m a fan of different fitness- and health gadgets, first of all I'd like to say Thank You for new interesting and promising concept :) I’m using it for about 2 weeks (wristband and shoepod) alongside with my usual garmin 935, and here is my experience: - generally I don’t see now a reason to wear it during the day (it makes sense for me only at night for sleep tracking). If it were automatically checking my HRV during the day, then it could make sense to wear all the day (current manual checking is quite annoying) - HRV measurement (biometrics mode) is not accurate, however it can be linked to some movements or not correct posture during measurement. I think you need to integrate some advises and directions during this 2 minutes measurement, so people take it in a right way - app dashboard is nice but don’t provide simple summary: HRV before and after sleep, recovery rate? did I have enough sleep? Today's comparison with week average? etc. This simple data could be very useful to make decisions on today’s workouts and overall day planning - is it possible to measure also REM sleep? Light vs Deep sleep is very common to all trackers, while tracking REM is quite unique today.. and could be important data for athletes - wristband is not very comfortable Overall I like your approach to customer care and support, regular updates, communication etc. I hope you will move the same way, improve device and software, and we will happily use it everyday :) Thanks Igor

I lost my shoe pod after two day and the strap detaches almost every time I change shirts. Overall good data but pissed that I lost the shoe pod because I'm not sure if I received the right pod clip.

I have had it for a week. Mostly I have just used it for steps, I still need to try the other features. Battery life is less than advertised, and connectivity to the android app is a little spotty, but all in all I'm satisfied.
