The replacement didn't work either. I would have loved to talk with someone. Since I had to wait for replies, I got frustrated and returned it as well. I have heard great things, I just didn't experience it.

Woeful experience, device had trouble connecting from the get go, would take dozens of attempts to successfully pair in the app. Then each night it would lose the connection, and when I finally managed to reconnect the next day it would have no data from that night. Tried on two different iPhones, same problem. Support was abysmal, it would take multiple days and often multiple messages to get a reply, and when they agreed that the device was faulty and offered a replacement they also informed me that the 30 day window where a refund was available would not be extended from when I received the new device. This basically forced my hand to get a refund instead of trying a replacement. For a company that markets their products as top of the line, and charges prices that reflect that I'd expect a lot more, 0/5 stars.

Very disappointed in the strap. My first strap broke, then I was sent a replacement, but black wasn't available so I didn't have a color a liked. It was starting to wear out, so I ordered this new one (in black). I felt the price (not to mention the 50% shipping charge) was ridiculous. In about 5 weeks, the edges of the surface are already showing signs of wear. Inferior product at an exorbitant price.

This is honestly not for your product, as I haven’t had the proper chance to test it out. This is for your absolutely terrible customer service. I have written you twice without getting a proper answer on my request. Really a shame that you would like to have a reputation like that when your product does seem great - again, without having fully tested it. If you have any pride in providing great customer service, I hope you review this and improve. I most likely won’t speak highly of your company.

I had to buy a new strap less than 6 months after I acquired the bio strap because it broke and I only use it for sleep.

I had this band for 2.5 weeks and the little copper prong on end popped right off :( and tried to push it back together and just snapped . Not worth 2$ day noting 20$ very poor Quality!

Horrible customer service - returned my EVO sensor. Customer/tech support took 3 weeks and several emails, Facebook posts, and Facebook messages to respond to my requests for support. Issue was never resolved, so I returned my EVO and will find another company.

Feels cheap and doesn’t work as it should. A nightmare to return if you live outside the US. Customer service communications are dreadful. Really not impressed

Never arrived after purchasing two day shipping. A week later I cancelled as I got no sense that I was valued as a customer. It’s unfortunate as I’ve been using my biostrap for nearly 3 years and have been happy with it by and large. Definitely exploring other options given the customer service. Committed followup would have been nice beyond simply granting my request for a refund.

Sensor seems amazing. App seems great. The website, marketing, help files, instructions, information, delivery etc are not. They are actually so bad that I gave up. One example: Website says I will receive one set of items, cover of box notes a second list of items and what I actually received matched neither. Needs a marketing makeover with a theme of simple coordinated information to tell users what to buy and how to use it.
