“The speed of sync with your phone is way better than the first generation. Still waiting for me onyx strap or the 25.00 credit they promise. Rather have the strap.”
“works as expected. the sp02 measurements really changed drastically and was odd to see.
also not having rem sleep detectable really is a bummer. might as well just have awake and asleep stages instead of light, deep, awake. Hard to tell if this is accurate at all

“I paid for an upgrade to biostrap but after countless emails I was only sent the sensor even though I paid for a new band as well as of today I still have not gotten my new band or the voucher to get a band. Seems like it was a bait and switch effort”

This was my first time ordering from Biostrap and planned on purchasing much more health enhancing devices and referring. “How to charge this model is unclear. There are no instructions included for this model which simply has a flat charger and the band and no shoe piece. Can tell when it’s charged, and not sure how it sits on the charger.”
“I love the metrics but the accelerometer on the band only worked for 2 days. Support has tried to help but the latest solution of letting the band sit for 3 days seems a bit hokey. I hope this gets fixed as the system seemed great when it worked.”
“Strap keeps good data for sleep. I've found that tracking activity using it for lengthy runs - over 2 hours - is useless as the app freezes and I basically have to uninstall it and reinstall. Honestly for the limited use it has for my fitness tracking without the Ap freezing it's not worth the over 300 that I paid for the fitness package and will probably be returning it. You would think that using the shoe pod during a run would track stride and cadence - it does neither that I can see. Just disappointed overall - there are fitness watches that do everything this strap, hr armband, and POD do for the same price or lower”
“I've had my biostrap for about a month now. The wrist strap is leaving sores on my wrist, I sent in photos via Twitter DM and haven't heard back.
Anytime I attempt to switch to the "insights" tab in the app it keeps crashing.
The activity tracker didn't log my activity either and I'm not sure if I'm really getting my money's worth.
Going with 2 stars because the aspirations of this company are very high, but the service and product issues are a bit disappointing.
Just got the ankle strap recently and want to really give it a thorough run through. Just hoping I didn't make the wrong product purchase. Would be happy to connect with a team member and discuss asynchronously via email.”

“The Bootstrap I purchased did not sync between the sensor & smartphone. After much elimination your support team decided to mail me a replacement sensor after I returned the defective sensor.
However after nearly three weeks the replacement sensor was never received, even after returning the original defective sensor in your prepaid shipping label.
I returned the balance of the Biostrap items, straps, charger & cable for a full credit.
The whole process took one month from my original order to never getting back to a device that worked.
Support by Biotstrap is not great, can only contact them by email. There is no telephone number for a real customer support system
Am not sure when and how much I will receive back on the returned device, despite paying in full for a supposedly working device.
Overall a little disappointing to say the least.

“I have used the Biostrap for two weeks. I find that the connection to the app ant the unit to be slow or even nonexistent. The shoe unit is an excellent idea but the execution of application is poor. Little or no recordings and spotty connection to the main unit. Samsung Health records steps, walks, and swim time better. Can't recommend”
“Device ok doesn’t hold charge for more then two days!! Paid for two day shipping and it took 7 days and they are like sorry once it leaves our facility there is nothing we can do if it sits at a shipping company! I would think you’d have a good contract for services you are making people pay for!”
