“What excellent service ! I ordered them in afternoon expecting not to receive for a few days considering I live in the North of Scotland! The following morning got a phone call from Delivery firm asking ok to deliver in afternoon! All told they were delivered within 24 hours from ordering! Burning in our stove same afternoon! Best briquettes we have had in the 7 years we owned our stove! Definitely reordering for next winter!!!!!Brilliant Cheers Murray”

We live on an island off the west coast of Scotland and have all sorts of hassles with getting stuff sent to us and extortionate "extra" courier fees charged BUT not with Bioglow. Free delivery and arrived within 4 days and even brought to our front door by fork-lift truck. Absolutely brilliant. Would highly reccommend without reservation.”
