Disaster. I bought a product online ( saying 6-8 days delivery time) Next day i recived an email, they saying proximatly i can get this product 45 days later. I wrote back, i do not want wait soo long and i want back my money, want refund. After this we changed aproximatly 10 emails and finaly i got back my money. This is unbeliveble, i had to provide very detaild data. I sent my recipe, my order number. Not enough, they asked my full name, where is my bank, which city IBAN, bic / swift code this is realy unbelivible. The order number and my bank recive for my order was not enough. Its was horrible.

THIEVES. Bought a few products from them online and a month later I've still not received anything. They provide no phone number to call and are very unresponsive by email despite their website's supposed claim of "100% satisfaction guaranteed" and commitment to "respond within 24 hours". They were quick to take my money, slow to provide any customer service, inept at delivering what I had paid for. I requested a refund multiple times but my request has so far fallen on deaf ears. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS SCAM STORE.

SCAM. Please stay away of this company. I live in Ireland. I ordered some beard products back in Nomvember last year. Reference number 4442222861. They were supposed to be sent from Ireland and be delivered within 15 days. The product was sent from somewhere in the US, a place I actually never heard before. After trying to contact them many times they told me tjeir deliveries may take up to 90 days and thay I had to wait 90 days, that was never mentioned when I made the purchase. After waiting more than 90 days I asked for a full refund trough email since the product was never delivered. I asked many times for a contact phone number but they just ignored my questions and kept answering me like if an automated machine was answering my emails. After many emails, I guy named Oliver B. Emailed me stating that a credit was given to my online Biovea account. I dont even have an account with them, I purchased the product as a guest. I kept asking for assistance, I even said to them if they could re send the product that wouldn't be any problem even tho I waited many months. I begged the representative to have some empathy and built some rapport with me cause they kept answering me like if I was talking to a robot. Not answering my questions, ignoring my requests and repeating the same over and over. Until nowadays January 27th I still havent got anything back from them, they dont even answer my emails anymore. But they kept my 50 euros. Dont buy from this company

Possibly the worst customer service I've come across. Very handily will blame everybody but themselves for a package not arriving safely. Royal Mail insist the product never hit their depots and the Courier says the tracking data Biovea provided doesn't exist. Customer Services, while fast to respond, continually send the same copy paste response blaming the courier and insisting they are not responsible once it crosses the border. I'm inclined to believe the other two parties and don't actually think my product ever existed....with Biovea swallowing my money. I don't expect a refund from these people despite the order not being a cheap one. All this after the product taking a full 2 months to 'arrive' in Britain, despite apparently being dispatched from Britain. I thought the US is meant to be known for good, efficient service? As every time I order from an American company I seem to get the same lack of responsibility. Either way, I'll be avoiding this company and recommend others ordering from outside of the US to do the same.

I want my money refund..I paid biovea more than 195 pounder and never receive half of my products my foligan hair tablet's I have not receive which around 44.50 pounds. .then without my permission twice they took money from my bank account ..the only products I received 3 times was vitamins b12 which is around 15.00 pounds ...but never the products that they took money what they mention on my email from my account ..I call my bank to cancelled my card..I been sending them emails for my other products but never answer ..but everyweeks biovea send me offer 15%off if I order products from them or free shipping. .I paid premium for postage ..each time they said free postage but in reality the charge me for postage...don't not trust this company. .they are cone ..it's a scam..I lost so much money from my account. ..each time they will tell you that it's covid 19 that why there are delays shipping which is not true. ..I order my vitamins from other company no problem at all..but biovea is a scam..

I had a terrible experience with this website. I have placed an order with BIOVEA in May. At the time, their website stated the delivery time was between 6-8 working days and no possible delays were mentioned. I tried to contact them and they told me there were some delays but they did not mention the package will only arrive 4 months later. I was on holiday at the time they attempted to deliver the package and honestly didn’t even need it anymore so I contacted them and asked for a refund ( in October). They replied and said they will refund the money as soon as the package gets back to them. It’s December now and still no refund so I contacted them again. Apparently, it’s too late for them to refund my money (?) and I sure as hell don’t need any BIOVEA credit (don’t need to order anymore products that will most probably never arrive anyways). Beware delivery takes up to 5 months and they will never refund you. They will just postpone your case long enough until they can’t effect the refund anyway and just offer you store credit. Stay away from them, it’s definitely a scam!

Placed an order weeks ago, still not received. Despite placing 2 orders on same day, payment on same card one order shows fully despatched and still not received and the other order payment pending. Their deliveries and after sales service is very poor!

If You just Placed and Order and you are just checking reviews, Just Say Goodbye to your money. First and Foremost the 5 star reviews you are seeing here are 100% fake, Biovea is a scam company, they chose the name Biovea because it sounds like a big company name and that was the impression I had when I submitted my order 3 months ago and I received 2 tracking numbers which are definitely trackable but you will never receive the order. Call Care center is not available for this company so don't bother calling, if you email them they will respond but guess what? its all format. Reason why they responded is so they could have a record of the email incase you report them as fraud and if you do report them as fraud company, the first question the anti fraud or police would ask you is; did you try to contact biova, if you say yes, they would then ask you if you receive any response from them? if you say yes, the case is solved, after that the best thing police or anti fraud would ask you is to keep on waiting but if you say No, the truth is biovea will actually respond to your email but you will never get your order or money back. I can't believe this type of Fraud Company still Exist in the world that we are. They made Fraud So Easy for themselves and the painful aspect is that they are Advertising through Google Ads.

ITS A COMPLETE SCAM. Hey They will send you a tracking number of fake items that will be returned by custom and you will never ever receive the item. I just lost $100

I lost 600 USD since I paid for some items at Biovea.com online in May 2019 that were never delivered. The company runs an internstional scam-operation and thousands of customers all over the world will confirm this. I also tried and contact WR Group in Arizona who is the company behind Biovea but they refuse to answer any questions. Avoid this company at all cost.

Absolutely disgusting service. I have paid for my items on 5th October and never received them. Got two different tracking numbers non of which was ever working... so I wasn't able to find out where my order is. I have tried to contact customer service, asking for a full refund for the order I never received, however no replay was provided from their side. Awful service, really bad customer service. Do not buy from this site, you will never get your items or money back!

This is a fake and a scam company who charge customers without delivering any products. I paid 250 USD for some items a year ago that were never delivered and they don't even reply to emails let alone refund. Avoid this joke of a company.

I made an order with Biovea and paid through bank transfer. They sent the order and the order was stopped by customs and returned back to Biovea. One month ago i got their confirmation that the refund will take place but of course that never happened. The support started to claim some SCAM claims like "our bank says that they didn`t get the money in the first place" and "we have a problem with the Bank" I wish i had made a bit of a search to realize how scam this company are. It will be my mission now to make sure people avoid it

There is a reason why this company is so badly rated. I placed an order (34111798) in 2018, the order never arrived so I cancelled the order and all future auto-deliveries of same. Biovea have kept changing and sending this item to me even though it was cancelled in November 2018 (In 2019 order 40183374 and in 2020 order 42029244). Because you can't send liquids back via regular post (at least not in Europe), sending this item back to Biovea will cost me over 70 euro. You should note that even if you are buying from biovea dot your country domain, you are not buying it locally, everything comes from the one place. Trust me, I have to pay 70 euro to return a product that cost 100 euro, this is a plain and simple SCAM. I'm expecting one of those copy and paste replies from Biovea staying that one of their customer support team will be in contact with me... well if they're as useless as the one I dealt with already, they can save their time. Either way I will continue to make public any further developments on here and on other social media platforms. You can't let this type of company walk all over you, it's up to us as consumers to help each other and use platforms like this to inform.

Thought goods were coming from UK and when they didn't arrive chaged Biovea. Realised they were being shipped from the USA. Checked the tracking, after a month still in the USA. Have asked for a refund but they won't give one until item is 75 days overdue. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - they are a con.

ORDER # 42009030 I ordered some products from Biovia costing around £60 on 19/09/20 assuming they would arrive after about a week but I’m still waiting. Has anybody ever been able to speak to a customer service rep? I wrote a review on Trustpilot and got an automated response from Biovia but nothing else happened after. I can only assume this site is a scam or they have gone busy but are still taking people’s money so be careful! Very annoying!
