“Nice gift, the friend who I sent it to was very pleased with it. Site fairly easy to use. Only reason not given 5 stars is I do still think these are a bit expensive for what they are.”

“Beautiful biscuits and my friend was delighted. Had an issue with the package being delivered to her on time for her birthday however. Contacted the company and had a speedy, apologetic reply to say they would look into it for me. The package arrived at my friend's house the following day and I was pleased with the customer service I received.”

“I sent the biscuit gift to my sister in law for her birthday so I’ve not seen the actual product. However, she was pleased with it and called it a two-dimensional cake! At the time of writing, she’s still not tasted it so I can’t comment on how yummy it will be. I’m sure it’ll be delicious though. Great that it fitted through the letterbox and arrived intact! Regarding the ordering process: I’d like to see a few updates to the Biscuiteers website - I noted and reported a few bugs I found whilst placing my order.”

“As a family we have received Biscuiteers and found them to be a great product delivered on time. However when I sent a Biscuiteer it did not arrive on time so not very happy. I would warn other is they asked for my recommendation.”

“The biscuits really are beautiful and they keep pretty well so you can admire their beauty for a few days first. I’ve bought them a few times for gifts and they always go down well. The thing I can’t really accept though is the pricing- it’s madness! I paid £30 for three biscuits!! I’d love to understand how the pricing is arrived at because it’s kind of outrageous. I don’t deny the quality and craftsmanship, but £10+ for a biscuit??? Really??”

“The product and delivery options are fantastic, however the delivery service was unreliable for me. Despite ordering Iver a week in advance for a Birthday it arrived a day late.”

“I give the original biscuits, 5 stars for the icing, taste and package, it's just splended, as a gift or for myself. As for the vegan, i hope the it get's improved, despite the effort that was put in making them, either the biscuit is too thin or the icing is too thick, what makes it too sweet!”

“Sent to my daughter who had been in hospital all day and I live hundreds of miles away Biscuit exactly as described and lovely presentation box, and gratefully received.. Not something I can send regular though as once additional postage is added at a total price of £14.25 for the one biscuit, makes it quite an expensive ‘little something’”

“I ordered the safari animals for my friend & her grandson who's animal mad. She said they were amazing & her grandson's eyes were like saucers when he saw them. Also sent a Paddington through the letterbox to another friend who said they were delicious.”

“I have orders from biscuit weds before and am always recommending it to friends. Recently I ordered the birthday tin, it arrived in perfect time. However when my daughter opened it we realised they were chocolate biscuits. They were still yummy, but I just wish it had been clearer that they were chocolate on the order page.”
