“Fabulous product, exquisite branding and packaging and lovely tone of voice. Let down slightly by website not the easiest to use on iPhone. Desktop is fine though. Also disappointed my emailed “mystery prize” of £5 off expired on the day it arrived as just gone to use it on a £35 box and it won’t work. I think you’re setting yourselves up for a fall by not making it very clear on the email that it’s only for that day. I’ve decided not to make the purchase now which I think will be a common response.”

“As gifts, perfect! Easy to use webiste makes these a breeze to order and to gift for every occasion. Why 4 stars not 5 you might say, sadly that is because although everyone I have sent them to have said they where divine, fantastic and beautiful. I have yet to actually receive one to experience first hand how the taste adds up to the photos I get to boxes and biscuits from my friends and family.”

“The quality of the biscuits are really good but the delivery was not on the selected delivery day. I specified the delivery day so that there would be someone home but they were delivered on a day when no one was home.”

“Great communication at all stages. The gift arrived on time. It was a gift for my son. He said it was beautifully iced- really well done. I can’t comment on the tasters the taste. He did say it was only small.”

“the biscuits were beautiful to look at and tasted great, there was one biscuit short in the order that was delivered, when I queried this the problem was rectified immediately and more sent, my nephew the recipient for great exam results was delighted.”

“The biscuits are beautiful to look at and so is the tin, unfortunately they are very sweet and if you don't like a chocolate based biscuit you are out of luck. People love to recieve them as they are unusual it is a pity the biscuits do not taste as good as they look.”

“I received one before hence why I sent one to a friend. It was lovely but there was a lot of icing sugar dust on it when it arrived which distracted from The presentation.”
