Has previously ordered these as a gift as thought they looked beautiful, received some myself as a gift, the box and presentation of the biscuits was really good, but that's it, the biscuits were soft and lacked any taste. Wouldn't but again very disappointed.

I have bought from you before and been so pleased. I’m I gave a poor review as although I Paid on 29 th April for international premium delivery and stated I would like the 9 th May ... which was stated as delivery 2- 3 days ....I believe that after contacting your team ,have been told the gift should arrive on the18 th of May. I don’t think I would have been upset if I had not been led to believe that I should expect the gift to arrive on the date stated and accepted by the company. I’m still not sure what will happen to be frank .

an excellent product, but inability to deliver on time when ordered a week in advance takes the shine off. If you can improve delivery then you'll win every time. In there meantime don't charge for delivery if you can't meet 100% on time

After a failed order stupidly rebooked other items still in stock. Delivery date prior or on Christmas Eve promised but order confirmation then different and Dec 30th. Still no answer from Customer Services.....Really fed up. Company may win awards but service this Christmas has been very poor.

Unfortunately I made an order for several Christmas gifts which arrived damaged and with missing items. I made two attempt to make contact and did not receive a response. A few days later the damaged item was replaced but the missing items were not and I still had not received any communication. I had to present the hampers ordered in a gift bag as the presentation box was missing.

My daughter was delighted with her afternoon tea voucher. However you didn’t include the gift card so she had no idea who it was from! Luckily, she guessed it was me

Latest order has not arrived. it was sent to Birmingham instead of Belfast according to Tracker. Disappointing after my first and larger order was delivered on time to correct address. Latest order still not here days after stated delivery date. This experience would put me off future orders as delivery on time, not assured.

Bought the Autumn Macarons as a treat for a family party. I ate one blue one, tasted of nothing much, and an orange one which tasted of cloves! Gah. £28 for 10, sure they were beautifully packaged and arrived promptly. But save your money, Waitrose do delicious ones that actually taste as promised, 12 for £5.50.

I bought the Halloween haunted house box as an activity to do with my children (8 and 10) and we were all quite disappointed. The house is much smaller than what it looks like on the website, the consequence is that it made it very difficult to decorate, you’d have to be very experienced with icing to create a result that would look anything like the picture. We couldn’t get the house walls to stay together so the house collapsed leaving the kids upset. The sugar decorations to are so small that they don’t stick to the icing. Disappointed all round.

Website froze so logged back in again abd didn’t realise previous order still in basket. Contacted company within 15 minutes but they refused to edit my order, or to swap the duplicate out for another letterbox biscuit. £17.95 poorer for 2 biscuits is something as a pensioner, I cannot afford. I would have thought at these prices a little flexibility could have been used. Shan’t be using this company again

I was disappointed that despite ordering in time and being assured that a birthday box would arrive it did not arrive on time. I contacted Biscuiteers to advise, and was disappointed that I received no response what so ever. Despite this I continued to get almost daily emails promoting products and yet customer service did not respond to my email. Really disappointing for me and disappointing for the person who did not get a delivery on their birthday!

Beware of hidden costs, a £25 purchase of biscuits to family in Ireland ending up as £55 with the deliverer demanding €10 on elderly aunties doorstep

I bought it as a gift for my fiancé. The smell, packaging, service and design was great but the flavour (which personally is the most important factor) was unfortunately a major let down.

Having used The Biscuiteers for several years and generally been very happy with their products and service this time we felt the biscuit ordered was not good value. The biscuit part itself tasted as if it had 'been around for a while' and the icing was well below the standard we have come to take for granted. This was also the first time we felt it did not represent 'good value' and will assume it is a 'one-off'. Service as usual was very good.
