“Tasty but not good value for money, only 5 biscuits for £ 35?”

“Delivery time was 8 days after ordering, missing my daughter’s birthday by 4 days, totally defeating object of sending. Royal Mail was blamed. Won’t be using again.”

“Unfortunately my biscuit was delivered 6 days after the date requested . I had a ring and e mail to discover what was the delay causing me distress. I did ask for a refund of some kind due to the long delay The only good thing was that the recipient was delighted even though it was so long in arriving.”

“The biscuits looked absolutely beautiful and my husband loved them as he is a fan of birds however we both agreed that they didn’t taste great which was a shame. The icing in particular didn’t taste nice.”

“Laughable “tiny” biscuit arrived so low rating. Handwritten personalised icing was the thought, which parter appreciated, but disappointed with the product size. Pretty packaging.”

“Bit disappointed. The quality of the icing on the celebration jolly ginger was rushed and lacking a bit of care especially when you compare with the website photo. Did arrive very quickly (within 48hrs) though. Also ordered a birthday cake card a week in advance to arrive on the special day, but it came a day late.”

“I love your brand and website and I always make sure to visit each rive I travel to London. Unfortunately this time none of the biscuits were secured in the box, and the majority of them arrived broken or with some parts of the icing missing. It is very unusual and to be honest, very disappointing.”

“Over priced and overrated - very pricey for the small box you get. With postage this order came to £40, extortionate for a few ordinary biscuits. I was expecting the tin to at least be worth the price. It was just a basic silver tin with printed paper stuck to it. The icing was pretty but will not be purchasing again.”

“Delivered on time and tasted very nice however very small looked bigger on pictures (i didn't check size so my fault) and little detail for a £9 biscuit!! However packaged lovely”

“Not the best experience unfortunately... Biscuits for my friend’s birthday arrived 3 days after the date, despite delivery being scheduled way in advance and despite multiple emails to follow up. Since the biscuits were sent out late by you, would have expected you to at least upgrade my delivery to courier instead of using Royal Mail.”

“I recently ordered two biscuit collections (Gardener and Best in Show) as thank you gifts - both were joyfully received and one recipient went to so far as to film herself opening the tin so that I would know how much she loved the gift. So far so good, but I then went on to order my daughter some surprise 'going back to school and into 6th form biscuits' which it turns out Biscuiteers are unable to fulfil. I was told late in the day the day before but the alternatives were completely inappropriate. I was offered a credit and had to ask for a refund and for my loyalty points to go back on my account. I feel hugely disappointed in the customer service on this occasion. Clearly, when it goes wrong making sure the customer is still left feeling 'okay' is not important..... :-(”

“Expensive when sending to Canada when BisCuiterrs quote they can send on the day chosen only to be informed Biscuiteers held up at customs until the Birthday receipiant has to pay an extra 25.00 c. Dollars and has to go and collect! Not much of a gift! Won’t be using again. It’s a bit like blaming a sub contractor for the extra cost to the customer!”

“Unfortunately a cracked and dry biscuit arrived that was just ‘ok’. Didn’t taste all that freshly baked. The decoration and writing etc was great though and it was gratefully received but half went in the bin :(”
