Biscuits were rock hard. Struggled to eat them. In fact, they were not finished. Such a shame as the presentation is beautiful, but the taste really let's the experience down. And when you order biscuits you want them to taste well more than anything else.

Ok. The biscuits I sent friends I chose to send on the 30th December but you didn’t send until the 31st which was disappointing. I also sent my mum a biscuit on the 31st and it was cracked/ broken when she received it which I guess can’t be helped because of nature of it being posted.

Ordered well in advance for delivery 21st December but the biscuits weren't even sent until 22nd - very disappointing. This cannot be blamed on Covid.

Sadly my experience hasn't been a good one. Having ordered a lovely tin of biscuits 3 weeks in advance, for a specific date to give as a luxurious gift. They were made and dispatched after the date requested for delivery and then took 5 days to get here. This was all too late for the gift to be given, so I ended up with an expensive gift to myself! In correspondence it was blamed on COVID extra lockdowns which whilst I understand, I found very frustrating as this all happened after they should have been delivered!! I requested a refund as they hadn't fulfilled the order and I no longer needed them, this I was told was impossible but I was offered a good will voucher on next purchase. The tin is beautiful and biscuits beautifully decorated, it's a real shame they can't deliver what they offer upon ordering.

A miniature version of how the biscuits appeared in the picture. Extremely overpriced but cute.

Hi Lisa, Thank you so much for leaving a review and for sharing your feedback, we will definitely pass this on to our product development team. All our biscuits are lovingly baked and hand-iced by artists in London, and we consider them very much a luxury gift. We think that our prices reflect the products' uniqueness and hand-made quality. Many thanks and kind regards, Biscuiteers x

I have ordered from Biscuiteers in the past but will not use again after a disappointing experience with a Christmas order. The products are beautiful but are sadly let down by inefficient management of orders and poor communications. I ordered weeks in advance, but four days after the delivery date I booked, the order has still not arrived - and yet on the morning of 22nd December the website is still advertising next-day delivery. It appears that last-minute orders are prioritised over those placed in advance. Customer services staff are polite but send standard template messages blaming the Royal Mail, but it appears that my order has not yet been dispatched, four days after it should have been delivered. The company needs to be proactive about informing customers of delays. Very disappointing.

Poor customer service! Placed an order of over £250, the biscuits came very different in size. There was no effort or will to rectify or offer a replacement. Not worth the money.

Disappointed. Lovely tin, but overall wasn't what I expected for the cost.

Great website, ordering was simple, communication good, my biscuit arrived on time (I ordered a gingerbread man to sample and more biscuits as gifts to friends overseas) . Presentation was beautiful, so nice I’m loathed to throw the box away. So what went wrong for me. I am sorry to say The Biscuit. Tasteless, not good at all. Perfect for people on a diet.

Had problems ordering two single biscuits and left an email. Richard replied on the Monday but I had managed to place two separate orders by then. However I rang to find out why postage for one order was more than the other for identical biscuits. Had to leave a message but nobody got back to me so I emailed again but no reply to that either. Not impressed with the service. First recipient said biscuit looked lovely but hadn't tasted it yet.

Products were gorgeous and delicious according to the friend i gifted them to. I only put two stars because the shopping experience was not. I placed a first order then it looked like it had not gone through, with no confirmation email received. So i placed it again. Guess what? The first order had gone through so i paid twice. My friend received both orders but I had not planned to spend so much on biscuit. So be careful if you order online.

Hi - the biscuit I am told was lovely but I was disappointed with the delivery as it did not reach its recipient until 5 days after I had ordered it. Wasn’t happy as the moment had passed by the time the recipient got it.

It arrived late and when it’s for a birthday it’s highly disappointing. My friend said it was lovely though

HI Charlotte, I'm so sorry for the delay in delivery fin delivery. Unfortunately Royal Mail are experiencing a high amount of parcels that they are having to deliver and pass through the system and are working with reduced staffing, which is causing a few delays. This can be longer during peak periods such as Lockdowns or Christmas. Again I'm very sorry for the delay. Warm Regards , Biscuiteers x

I ordered a biscuit on 10th November to be delivered on 14th November. It arrived on 19th November. It was meant to be a birthday ‘Thinking of you’ card for my cousin who had lost her husband a few days before her birthday. The ‘biscuit card’ arrived the day before her husbands funeral. The sentiment of the gesture was completely lost. Taking 10 days to get there. Not great when you want something unusual as a nice surprise for someone on a certain day.

The biscuit is nice and cute, arrived on time in a little box... but extremely small for the price! Or you make a bigger biscuit or reduce the price. In that case 5 stars!

I was really excited to send Biscuiteers to friends for their birthdays having received a beautiful brochure. I ordered two lots of biscuits which by all accounts, looked beautiful and both friends were happy to receive them. Unfortunately, they both agreed that the biscuits tasted awful. When you company is based on biscuits, surely you get the basics right of ensuring the biscuits actually taste nice? It appears that all of the thought goes into the design and packaging, with not as much thought going into taste. Unless the recipe improves, I would not recommend ordering from this company as they are expensive and inedible which is a real shame.
