“The tin of biscuits were excellent. However I bought a bag too. They packaged the tin do that it travelled in the bag. The tin ripped the bag. I complained, but had absolutely no response.”

“I’ve always loved biscuiteers & have used them for many gifts over the years. I bought the box of macarons this time round but was not impressed sadly. They all tasted nice, biscuits; but all tasted the same, none of them bar the pistachio tasted of the what they were meant to be and that flavour was negligible to be honest. Really disappointed, I love macarons but won’t order these again. Sorry.”

“Although I love supporting independent businesses - I was a bit disappointed with this order and do not think I would order through you again. When selling biscuits at a premium price, one would expect them to be pretty flawless. The one biscuit we paid an additional 5 pounds for to personalise was not in great shape and kind of defeats the point of giving it as a keepsake. I could have let it go if your customer service would have at least acknowledged my email about this, but alas.”

“Thought the biscuit would have been much bigger .Candles had fallen off .Left a message if we weren't in where to leave the box .Courier didn't ring the bell .Left outside even though we were in .Dog barked so we looked outside to find the delivery but no courier. Would not order again.”

“I paid for delivery on a Sunday as that was my friend’s actual birthday but it arrived on the Saturday. I feel like I shouldn’t have had to pay extra for a Sunday delivery when it arrived the day before.”

“The macaroons look very good. However they all taste the same. Had no flavour very bland. Bought also the Easter biscuits with a fantastic decoration. The biscuits were not nice. They tasted cardboard like. Here again no flavour”

“The set itself was very good - the tin was lovely and they provided plenty of icing / decorations. The reason for the 2 stars is that the biscuits were totally stale when I opened the tin, 3 days after receiving them (despite the description saying they are fresh for a month after leaving the kitchen)! I have ordered plenty of biscuits from Biscuiteers for my friends in the past and if this is the quality they have been receiving then I’m slightly embarrassed.”

“The product is great but the delivery was below standard. It was supposed to be signed for so we stayed in our flat on a Saturday morning. It didn’t come and later we found it had been left in reception but with no notification and no request for a signature.”

“The biscuit was well received. However, I was overcharged for delivery. The delivery details on the Biscuiteers website was wrong, but I was made to feel like it was my fault when I questioned it with customer services. I'm sad that they weren't apologetic for their false info on the website and they didn't offer to refund what they had overcharged.”

“Biscuits LOOK great but so difficult to bite into them and the icing is really sweet. I'd rather spend a fraction of the money on biscuits at tesco that don't snap your teeth when you bite into them.”
