Have you reduced the size of your tins and biscuits but not written this on your website? (and not reduced the price?) In the past, I have bought a number of your biscuit tins and products for friends and family, as they looked so impressive and made great gifts. This time, the tin and the biscuits looked smaller, and did not make an impressive gift. I was a bit embarrassed to give the fathers day "fry up" tin to my dad on Sunday as it did not look very good. If all your products have been made smaller in this way, I probably won't buy them again as they dont look so good. Have they? Or was it just the "fry up" tin and biscuits that are smaller? Such a shame as I loved biscuiteers products.

They were tiny much smaller than I was expecting which for £28 was disappointing

Fantastic service & beautiful packaging - sadly, the biscuit this time tasted a little stale, like it had been made with powdered ginger that was rather past its best.

Great products, but inaccurate labelling led to disappointing delays in delivery on this occasion.

I have only ever sent biscuiteers biscuits. I have never received them. The last time, the person for whom they were bought, did not eat the biscuits! Out of a household of 5, only one son ate them. Now not sure the idea was a good one!

I ordered these as a thank you present for nurses at a hospital. it would have been good if Biscuiteers had emailed me a picture of the biscuits as I shall never know what they received.

Lovely biscuits but disappointed that a Christmas card was sent out with Mother's Day biscuits. A 15% off next purchase offered but not sure I will make use so disappointing.

Disappointed that the biscuits didn’t arrive in time for the birthday

Although the biscuits are well decorated and presented I was very disappointed in the size of the tin and biscuits themselves as I felt £38 was a lot to pay for what arrived

Was genuinely shocked how small the biscuits were for £48! Biscuits tasted ok, but definitely not lemony. Tin is nice and reusable so plus point there. Don’t think I’ll be buying again. For £50 could buy a years worth of biscuits from Waitrose.

Straight forward Wen site to navigate, quick delivery, great Royal Mail tracking, however, biscuit sent without message I requested, so recipient didn’t know it was from me!

I've placed a number of orders through Biscuiteers in the past, so want to start by saying that I think product wise, they are fantastic and everyone that has received them, has been very happy. That being said, I placed an order recently to be delivered on a specific date. The date arrived and I had no emails to confirm dispatch, so contacted customer support. I was then told a few days later the order couldn't be fulfilled, and would I like to select something else. By this point the occasion had passed, and had I not raised the problem, my order would have just been forgotten. The apology was also really poor, which is a shame given I imagine most items are ordered as gifts. I've since placed another order, figuring this was a one-time problem, however whilst I knew my recent order had been delivered, I heard nothing from the recipient. It was only when I messaged him to check in that he liked the present, that he confirmed there was no note, no card, no reference to sender included, despite the fact that I'd left a gift message. Kind of spoils the element of gifting when the recipient has no idea who it's from. It's such a shame that service can be really poor, as truly, the products are fantastic.

Ordered biscuit boxes as corporate gifts for key clients. The main one arrived with impact damage to the tin, so it was not presentable. The boxes are only protected by a single layer of corrugated card in transit. Biscuits undamaged, but had to find something else quickly, which was a nuisance.

I ordered this as a gift to be delivered on the 16th December. You are asking me for a review on the 11th December. Does that mean it has been delivered early? Will I get a confirmation of delivery? It is being sent to Australia and I haven't heard from the recipient that they have it and as it's a surprise I don't want to ask. Could do with better communication from Buscuiteers.

I was surprised how small the tin of biscuits were. My delivery was delayed by two days and although I ordered a gift bag to put them in it was not included.

Lovely product but the service is below par. I accidentally ordered an item for international delivery which could not be sent abroad, my order was accepted and I received an email saying my parcel had been sent - only to receive a request to rate the service I had had, attaching an email (not received but supposedly sent a week after placing the order) telling me my order had been cancelled. I couldn’t rate the service as the ticket was closed, my attempt to explain my frustration was ignored and another invitation to rate service but impossible due to a closed ticket. Really shouldn’t be difficult to provide timely and effective service. Not sure I will be ordering again.

I ordered two boxes of the shortbread biscuits. (Chocolate orange and chocolate and salted caramel). The chocolate orange biscuit was slightly smaller in size than the salted caramel ones and the flavour of orange was very very subtle so not one for those wanting an intense hit of chocolate orange. The chocolate is in the form of small chips so again not great! The salted caramel shortbread was ok but only where you get the hit of the salted caramel bits otherwise the chocolate biscuit was lacklustre….
