My mother and I have admired Biscuiteers from afar for a few months now; excitedly discussing their products that range from clever to thoughtful yet always beautiful and I finally found the spare cash to purchase a set for her to try. I did have a last minute change of heart, though, as I believed the money could have been better spent elsewhere so I got in touch with customer service in an attempt to cancel my order. Richard responded to my query quickly despite it being the weekend and both kindly and clearly explained to me why a refund was not possible; the reason being very fair. If we had enjoyed the biscuits, my rating would be higher however, as it stands, the service provided by Biscuiteers is faultless but I wouldn't recommend the product to anyone.

I changed The delivery for one item through the online chat (the expensive one valued at £35) from Monday 29th to Saturday 27th but that did not happen, it still arrived on Monday 29th but I thought two parcels were going to the same address, I would make it simpler. I cannot see how the goods are as I am in Wiltshire and they are in Edinburgh. Not a good result.

Fast delivery , looked lovely but quiet a few broken or bashed . Was sending them onward to my mum for Easter 🐣. Shame as I’m sure she would have loved them .

In the past I have ordered gluten free. You now offer a very limited range of gluten free products.

Up to now all previous orders received on expected date. Unfortunately this time the delivery did not arrive on the 26th March as requested for my sons 30th birthday. I did receive email saying no one was in which was incorrect as there was someone there all day and although the message said a card was left regarding non delivery this was untrue as well. I would use the company again as the quality of the biscuits is excellent but would make sure to pay extra for premium delivery service to avoid disappointment.

Biscuit was nice if expensive. Sad to say package did not arrive on the day requested although that was presumably the fault of Royal Mail.

I purchased a box of macarons. They arrived on time, as promised. Beautifully packed and presented. Lovely colours, looked stunning. The shell was good but the ganache in the middle was hard and and dry. I couldn’t separate the two halves as I like to do. A bit disappointing.

Beautiful gift - my mother was delighted BUT since Brexit has happened she was charged £14.50 at her end to receive her gift in Republic of Ireland. Having already paid £15 postage for me this makes sending this sort of gift abroad is no longer tenable. I did call you and let you know and was told this was in the small print and I should have been charged not her. I would not have gone ahead with the purchase knowing that total delivery charges would have been in the region of £30. Sorry I do hope this changes in the future.

Overpriced I bought the Mother’s Day tin for £35 which I knew was a lot for some biscuits but I also loved the look of the tin. Not opened it to see the biscuits as they’re nicely wrapped in tissue paper. However the tin is disappointing. A flimsy silver thing. The pattern isn’t printed on, just stickers which you know will get grubby and peel off.

The get well gift for my father arrived on time but unfortunately must have been sitting on top of a heater in the van that was transporting it, as had all melted together when my dad got the gift. Not Biscuiteers fault but not what I wanted.

The look of the biscuits is great and they are packaged really well. Unfortunately the taste is bland and no real flavour at all. Arrived later than requested but could be Royal Mail.

Sadly I cannot give a higher rating for my last biscuit delivery due to one of my gifts arriving damaged. The 2 Little Miss Hug biscuits were both gratefully received & tasted delicious but I wonder if there might be a safer way to package them?

Hello i am happy with the rapidity of the delivery and the quality of biscuits but i must have cliques twice on the button ans my friend received twice the same box wirh twice the same message. I would have expected someone of the biscuiteer company to contact me to checkif that was correct. Also nobody called me back to settle the issue
