“Biscuit was fine. The fact is was despatched after the requested delivery day was very disappointing. If you are too busy to fulfil orders you should stop taking them.”

“I ordered Christmas letterbox biscuits for four friends in early November requesting a delivery date of 21st December. On 21st and 22nd December I received 8 emails telling me that the gifts had been despatched with a delivery date of 21st December. Either Biscuiteers have mastered time travel or their IT systems can't recognise that sending out emails saying delivery would take place the previous day is unusual. As it was the biscuits arrived on 23rd and 24th December and were appreciated by the recipients so all's well that ends well. For a company who sells purely on line the systems and communication should be better.”

“biscuits lovely. but hit with import taxes to send abroad :( On a £10 biscuit had to pay the equivalent of £30 in tax. (sending within Europe from UK to Norway)”

“Buying great, product great. BUT did not arrive on correct day despite ordering well in advance. Other businesses have managed it without charging for the service. I paid for delivery and was very organised with early ordering so am very disappointed.”

“Biscuit beautifully wrapped & iced but delivery was 5 days later than the date I requested no tracking number could be provided so surprise was ruined as I had to tell recipient it was on its way as it arrived so late.”

“Disappointed All the photos make this tin look so much bigger, I do realise now that the dimensions are stated further down the page but went from the photos only, my error. I certainly wouldn't have paid £ 35 for such a tiny box of biscuits. I would have sent them back but for the non return policy because biscuits are consumable.”

“Biscuits are lovely! However delivery is definitely an issue. I think you need to look into another mailing option instead of using Royal Mail. My advent biscuits were a week late which ruined the surprise!”

“Great product but delivery let it down. I love the personalisation and bought a box for friends who’d just got married. However ‘tracked’ delivery didn’t allow me to track it until a delivery attempt was made, and it was 6 days late- such a shame given the quality and cost of the biscuits!”

“Nicely packaged. Delivered on time, if expensive P&P (compared to similar from other companies). Biscuits were tiny - much smaller than expected. I expected them to be twice the size. Tin is beautiful but flimsy. Poor value for money.”

“I sent these to my son and his partner after the birth of their first child. They were really pleased with them and said they were divine. However, they showed us the tin and it was much smaller than I expected and I think someone else remarked that the pictures on the tin were just stuck on. A lovely gift but very expensive for what it was really.”

“Sadly the recipient has yet to receive it owing to the difficult of getting to the Sorting Office to collect it when it is open. One of the reasons for selecting a present that will fit through the letter box is to save just this happening. I am so disappointed. Previously I have been delighted, not this time.”

“The biscuits were a gift and the recipients were delighted with them. However, they were delivered a week later than promised, which was very disappointing and for the price wasn’t really acceptable. I know we’re in the middle of a pandemic and things are running late, but that should’ve been taken into account before promising the delivery date at the order point.”

“The (wild birds) biscuits were all broken as they had come adrift from their adhesive. They also tasted a little stale, we thought. We've used Biscuiteers for presents before but now our confidence has taken a knock (it was fortunate that this was a gift between partners). We opted for a replacement, though the same design was not available. These came quickly but it's not the same when it's a couple of days after a birthday.”
