“I like the concept and biscuit shapes. I organised a Thank you present for a colleague leaving our company but was disappointed. I found it was very expensive for what I got (value for money). I thought the thank you biscuits would come in a beautiful tinned box but did not. It came in a nice cardboard boat instead. Whilst the person enjoyed her present I was expecting bigger size biscuits and a tinned box for the money spent.”

“Icing was immaculate. This was a gift for someone else so I cannot comment on the taste however the biscuit was smaller than I thought it would be”

“I’ve been invited to leave a review but the biscuit I ordered as a birthday present hasn’t been delivered yet! I always get very nice feedback from the biscuits I sent as gifts but the delivery really is hit and miss and I don’t think the courier service is very good value when it’s nearly half the price of the gift you’re sending.”

“Unfortunately I put one wrong letter on the postcode and in consequence my delivery went to Newcastle and not London. I was hoping that it would be sent back to Biscuiteers for them to redirect it but this has not happened. Sadly my birthday biscuit for my daughter, it would seem will never be delivered :(”

“Biscuit looked very good, however the biscuit was not as nice to eat quite hard , the packaging and box is lovely . Do not know if you do Gluten free, as this would be good to know.”

“Lovely biscuits, much appreciated by the recipient. Five stars for those! One glitch was that there was a sizeable additional charge to pay before DPD would deliver the parcel in Italy, though we'd already paid for Italian delivery! Please can biscuiteers sort this out, as it means we won't be inclined to use this service again until we know charges in advance. Not much of a present to land someone with an extra bill on the doorstep!”

“Product was good but one of the products was not delivered by Royal Mail and on tracking item they said they were advised not to deliver. I had to have it redelivered”

“Arrived on time, very nicely iced and in a lovely box, but was very small, which I found disappointing given the price. Had previously had a gingerbread man that was bigger but quite a lot cheaper and represented better value.”

“The wrong gift box was dispatched and my aunt received a rugby package instead of an Easter box of two lambs and a daffodil. No one returned my calls or emails until 3 days after the event. When you did email back you offered a credit note for £0.00 or the correct order to be delivered. You can guess which one I chose. Waiting to see if you get it right this time. My other order was perfect and delivered on time.”

“We received a £50 voucher as a gift so we're delighted to order some Easter DIY decorate egg shaped biscuits and a box of Macarons. Firstly I would give 5 stars for packaging, it's very very beautiful. Secondly, the box of 6, good sized Macarons were so delicious and probably the best I've ever eaten. The 12 biscuits received with the DIY Easter egg decoration came with all the decoration pieces and icing equip. The biscuits were quite small, but my children enjoyed decorating them and filled a half hr. However I felt £35 for a tin of 12 small biscuits was extremely overrated. The biscuits themselves were tasty enough as biscuits go but I felt underwhelmed when comparing what we received with what was paid for them. Overall it was all tasty and look delicious, just a bit over priced for what we got.”
