Nice product but customer service is diabolical. We ordered and paid for next day delivery as we were going away. Confirmation email arrived CONFIRMING next day delivery. We then had no further communication for 3 days! We tried phoning and emailing to no effect. When the delivery was made 5 days later and we complained, we received a response to say we had requested delayed delivery! The "Customer Happiness Manager" even sent us a copy of the original confirmation email altered to show a delayed delivery date!!!! What a way to do business.

After being a regular customer since 2018, This last order of birthday macarons for £30 were honestly shocking, they had no taste, no aroma, nothing distinctive either the taste or smell they felt stale on the tongue, the only indication that they were supposed to taste different was the colour/ menu in the upper section of the packaging, honestly such a massive letdown, you have lost yet again another customer, try harder for the remaining customer, we wont be purchasing again, as the box probably had more flavour to it!!

Terrible service from the Corporate Sales Director! If you are thinking about ordering bespoke biscuits from here, I would think again! She hasn't responded to any of my last 3 emails and I haven't heard from her in over a month to get my order placed. I am now looking elsewhere for bespoke biscuits.

I am so disappointed with biscuiteers.com. They have zero customer service. I ordered products for next day delivery for items I needed within 3-5 days and no product arrived. After ten days of phoning customer services, submitting multiple complaints and request for refunds - they sent a shipping updated. Now the personalised products are useless as the various events I needed them for passed and they are unresponsive to my demands for a refund. It was a £200 order for biscuits and I feel robbed.

The biscuits looked beautiful but I was really disappointed with the taste and texture, they were dry and unpleasant to eat without any flavour. We actually checked the use by date to see if we’d been sent an old batch but they were well in date. Really disappointing for the cost.

I have been a customer for many years and have been really surprised by the service I have just received from their "Happiness Manager" . When purchasing my last biscuits I saw I had unused Pressie Points adding up to £10 . I also saw I was 10 days out of date as you have to use them within six months (there is no reminder when these are just about to run out) . I thought I would chance it and put in my order for a box of biscuits which came to a total of £41-99 . I ticked the box to use the Pressie Points and they were taken making my purchase £31-99 everything went fine until I had trouble with the added security checks on my debit card as I don't use the 'phone and it wouldn't email me a passcode . I couldn't get any further with the payment so I had to start again at which point Biscuiteers charged me the FULL price of £41-99. Had I not checked my statements I would never have noticed this . Having had no problems before I had stupidly deleted my emails once the biscuits had arrived and could not prove that I had been charged £31-99 in the first place . Emailed them and had a "Happiness Manager" (the firm seem to have gone all American also using the phrase "reaching out") reply saying that they would not honour the £10 discount . I went into my orders and finally found the proof that I had ordered at that price and the £10 had been taken off . Went back to the "Happiness Manager" and asked for someone more SENIOR - none was forthcoming . Was this time told as it was a "multi" order and they would not honour this voucher . No other big firm would have behaved in this way , as I could prove that the voucher had been accepted anyone else would have paid out . I have spent a lot of money with the firm but unless this is resolved to my satisfaction I shall not shop there again nor would I recommend them to anyone else

I have been a loyal customer of yours for years and this is not your fault but after a week my order has still not been delivered. Not sure what guarantees you have with Royal Mail but surely this is not customer service? I look forward to hearing from you. Alexandra Travers

Some macarons crushed. Tasted dry. Blackberry no flavour. Present for my 90 year old Mum. Very disappointing and very expensive. Expected much more. Will not buy again.

I ordered a tin of biscuits, paid for a chosen delivery day and they were "returned to sender because the people no longer live at that address". Which wasn't the case at all. I was credited for the biscuits to reorder but unfortunately, the account credit didn't include the delivery and was still charging my card. Also, the occasion was now a week past by the time I had this arranged with customer service. So I requested a full refund. Was a lot of faff and it was a really disappointing experience.

I have already commented on my order , unable to pay via apple pay or card . Tried to call and no reply . Didn’t feel like customer service was very helpful via email .

It hasn't arrived. It was due to arrive 4 days ago. Royal Mail tracking says it has been delivered and it hasn't. Not directly your fault - although I would query using Royal Mail who in my experience are less reliable than many of the courier companies.

I was kindly given the Master Icing Kit for Christmas as I have wanted to try flood icing for years. “Everything you need to give your home baked biscuits the Biscuiteers touch. Ideal for any budding Biscuiteer” the website boasts. I was initially really happy to receive the kit until it transpires that the cutters are chosen completely at random and there are no instructions or pictures to go from. There is a small booklet contained in the tin which tells you how to make the icing, draw an outline etc but nothing specific to the cutters that were sent. As a complete novice this makes it very difficult to have a good go at a design. It’s the equivalent of IKEA including a booklet on how to screw a screw into a piece of wood but no specific instructions for the bookcase you just purchased. I contacted customer services to request instructions as I honestly thought they must have been missed out. Their response was that the design is left up to the individual and there are no pictures of the finished products! I asked what my cutters were (as one in particular was pretty abstract) and they didn’t know! The product description states “cutter designs may vary” which I assumed meant that they changed them seasonally not that they picked 3 completely at random and when asked can’t tell you what they’re supposed to be! This set is supposed to be the ‘master’ set and yet the smaller, less expensive tins have a theme and instructions! In summary, although the products are packaged beautifully they are not worth the £50 price tag. I could buy all items from a local cook shop (probably for a lot less), if I didn’t need any instructions - £25 would be a better price point for what’s contained. This product totally misses the mark. The description should say “everything you need to give your home baked biscuits the Biscuiteers touch - except for the instructions” In future it needs to include a step by step guide to enable a beginner to produce a good quality finished product.

How dare you inform me today that you cannot deliver the Christmas present I ordered for my 85 year old mother on 3 November 2021 for delivery on 20 December 2021. Covid is not an excuse for you not to fulfil my order in fact if you read your email to me when I chased as I hadn't received my order you assured me it would arrive by today, it was packed and ready to go! THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. You have had my money since November! I can assure you that I will be reviewing you company online for others to see so they don't get false promises to avoid being left in the situation I am now, with no present for my mother despite your assurances you would be fulfilling my order!

Corporate Christmas gifts I ordered have now been delayed twice from an original delivery of Dec 17th, to Christmas Eve, and now Dec 30th, which is an unacceptable delay. A request I made for an order cancellation after the first delay, as Christmas Eve was too late, has been ignored. Very poor communication, large delays, and a glitchy website has made this very frustrating. I will not be ordering from here again.

Ridiculously over priced chocolates but might appeal to the "I saw you coming" crowd. Far better if you bought a conventional tin of chocolates and give the rest of the money to charity.

Very poor customer service. Large Christmas order not arrived and no sign that even dispatched. Rang 40 times - can't get through, can't hang on, can't leave message. Email says 2-3 DAYS to reply. Suspect I need to rapidly order other pressies from somewhere different. Love products and have spent lots with them but when sonething goes wrong, nothing.

You took my order and then cancelled it much later as you decided you would no longer delivery to Ireland. You left me no time to find an alternative

You cancelled my order (deciding to no longer deliver to Ireland) and left me no time to replace the gift with something else. I’ve ordered so much from you but to be let down when you’re ordering gifts leaves a sour taste and makes me wonder whether to trust you again.
