Order a birthday present weeks in advance - however item wasn’t delivered on the chosen day. It was also advertised as an item that ‘fitted through the letterbox’. However it doesn’t actually fit through the letter box, so when delivery was attempted a day later no one was home and the parcel couldn’t be delivered. So three days after the recipients birthday - still no present and Royal Mail hasn’t tried to redeliver. First time using this company and i won’t be a repeat customer.

I was sent these as a birthday gift. They looked very pretty & were boxed very nicely. Delivery packaging really good. That's where it ends however. I am so sad my friend spent money on these. The biscuits were dry. The icing far too sweet. No amount of bitter coffee could detract from the sickly feeling left. You simply could not finish even one biscuit. Do not waste your money. Absolutely awful!!

Awful service Paid for premium delivery - did not get it Several emails today - all giving wish washy poor excuses and not interested in good quality customer service Can’t help but notice how many bad reviews they have had over the last two months Spend your money elsewhere with companies who respect customers

Delivery didn’t happen as asked for, I was blamed for the address being wrong but showed them this wasn’t the case. I had to wait for Royal Mail to send them back to biscuiteers before it could be sent again, appalling customer service lack of communication and integrity. Clearly reading other people’s reviews it’s a company who simply doesn’t care about its customers or the same issues wouldn’t keep being raised . Personally I would strongly recommend you buy elsewhere. I can’t comment on the biscuits as they still haven’t been delivered: so much for the sales of goods act!

Terrible, foul-tasting stale biscuits, which we spent £75.00. Don't waste your money, they look amazing and taste soo bad you can't even eat a full one (between two people)! Plus customer service was so unhelpful when contacted, apparently bank statement showing the purchase amount and date isn't good enough for proof of purchase! Customer service was very unhelpful, stating I need to go back to London (where I don't live) to return the item to the store otherwise they can't help.

Nice product but customer service is diabolical. We ordered and paid for next day delivery as we were going away. Confirmation email arrived CONFIRMING next day delivery. We then had no further communication for 3 days! We tried phoning and emailing to no effect. When the delivery was made 5 days later and we complained, we received a response to say we had requested delayed delivery! The "Customer Happiness Manager" even sent us a copy of the original confirmation email altered to show a delayed delivery date!!!! What a way to do business.

After being a regular customer since 2018, This last order of birthday macarons for £30 were honestly shocking, they had no taste, no aroma, nothing distinctive either the taste or smell they felt stale on the tongue, the only indication that they were supposed to taste different was the colour/ menu in the upper section of the packaging, honestly such a massive letdown, you have lost yet again another customer, try harder for the remaining customer, we wont be purchasing again, as the box probably had more flavour to it!!

Terrible service from the Corporate Sales Director! If you are thinking about ordering bespoke biscuits from here, I would think again! She hasn't responded to any of my last 3 emails and I haven't heard from her in over a month to get my order placed. I am now looking elsewhere for bespoke biscuits.

I am so disappointed with biscuiteers.com. They have zero customer service. I ordered products for next day delivery for items I needed within 3-5 days and no product arrived. After ten days of phoning customer services, submitting multiple complaints and request for refunds - they sent a shipping updated. Now the personalised products are useless as the various events I needed them for passed and they are unresponsive to my demands for a refund. It was a £200 order for biscuits and I feel robbed.

The biscuits looked beautiful but I was really disappointed with the taste and texture, they were dry and unpleasant to eat without any flavour. We actually checked the use by date to see if we’d been sent an old batch but they were well in date. Really disappointing for the cost.

I have been a customer for many years and have been really surprised by the service I have just received from their "Happiness Manager" . When purchasing my last biscuits I saw I had unused Pressie Points adding up to £10 . I also saw I was 10 days out of date as you have to use them within six months (there is no reminder when these are just about to run out) . I thought I would chance it and put in my order for a box of biscuits which came to a total of £41-99 . I ticked the box to use the Pressie Points and they were taken making my purchase £31-99 everything went fine until I had trouble with the added security checks on my debit card as I don't use the 'phone and it wouldn't email me a passcode . I couldn't get any further with the payment so I had to start again at which point Biscuiteers charged me the FULL price of £41-99. Had I not checked my statements I would never have noticed this . Having had no problems before I had stupidly deleted my emails once the biscuits had arrived and could not prove that I had been charged £31-99 in the first place . Emailed them and had a "Happiness Manager" (the firm seem to have gone all American also using the phrase "reaching out") reply saying that they would not honour the £10 discount . I went into my orders and finally found the proof that I had ordered at that price and the £10 had been taken off . Went back to the "Happiness Manager" and asked for someone more SENIOR - none was forthcoming . Was this time told as it was a "multi" order and they would not honour this voucher . No other big firm would have behaved in this way , as I could prove that the voucher had been accepted anyone else would have paid out . I have spent a lot of money with the firm but unless this is resolved to my satisfaction I shall not shop there again nor would I recommend them to anyone else

I have been a loyal customer of yours for years and this is not your fault but after a week my order has still not been delivered. Not sure what guarantees you have with Royal Mail but surely this is not customer service? I look forward to hearing from you. Alexandra Travers

Some macarons crushed. Tasted dry. Blackberry no flavour. Present for my 90 year old Mum. Very disappointing and very expensive. Expected much more. Will not buy again.

I ordered a tin of biscuits, paid for a chosen delivery day and they were "returned to sender because the people no longer live at that address". Which wasn't the case at all. I was credited for the biscuits to reorder but unfortunately, the account credit didn't include the delivery and was still charging my card. Also, the occasion was now a week past by the time I had this arranged with customer service. So I requested a full refund. Was a lot of faff and it was a really disappointing experience.

It hasn't arrived. It was due to arrive 4 days ago. Royal Mail tracking says it has been delivered and it hasn't. Not directly your fault - although I would query using Royal Mail who in my experience are less reliable than many of the courier companies.

You cancelled my order (deciding to no longer deliver to Ireland) and left me no time to replace the gift with something else. I’ve ordered so much from you but to be let down when you’re ordering gifts leaves a sour taste and makes me wonder whether to trust you again.

You took my order and then cancelled it much later as you decided you would no longer delivery to Ireland. You left me no time to find an alternative
