Why am I getting a message from you when the biscuits I ordered aren’t going to arrive until 1/4 not to me but my family!!!!!!!!!!!

I am disappointed that you purport to have already delivered my gift as it was intended to be a surprise in the post for a child for Easter and so was ordered for delivery on 1st April. 1 star as 0 not an option.

I thought the biscuit and decoration was lovely but it was vastly over priced as with postage it was over £12.Sadly I certainly will not be ordering from you again!

I paid extra to have the biscuits delivered on a set date. The Royal Mail said they could not deliver them on 2 days and I know for sure the person was in to recieve them- anyway they were a letter box gift!!!- so the gift was 3 days late. I don't think you should use this service to deliver them it is not reliable enough.

I have ordered from Biscuiteers on a few occasions as gifts for friends. This time I ordered for my partner for a birthday so have had a chance to taste them. I was so excited to experience seeing what they looked and tasted like. I’m sorry to write this as I don’t like to be negative.. although I have to say that one biscuit was broken, and then to taste ... they tasted not as I expected ! Very bitter and also very dark! Beautifully iced .. 😔 really sad with my purchase, sorry biscuiteers, I regret my purchase.

Very unreliable and definitely not recommended. I bought some biscuits as gift for a friend's birthday and had requested a delivery date of 30 Dec but they didn't arrive. When the customer service team came back to work on 4 Jan they told me there had been a stock issue and refunded me without any issues. But when you're relying on this to arrive as a present, it just can't be trusted.

Received the 2021 celebration biscuits which looked fabulous, until we tasted one. 100% style over substance. Biscuits were stale and completely uninteresting, and the first ‘2’ was broken. I then checked the price that our friends had paid and was shocked. I would have expected lovely and tasty biscuits at least! Be ashamed Buscuiteers!

I ordered this as a Christmas present, and requested that it be delivered 6 days before Christmas to be there in plenty of time. It has still not arrived, *12* days after the requested delivery date. I am being told that is unavoidable due to Covid (and that I should really have known the delivery date was not guaranteed, and be willing to accept this level of delay!). Hugely disappointing both in service and response. I cannot rate whether the biscuit itself is any good as it hasn't arrived.

Really disappointed. Ordered many Christmas gifts back in October and none have arrived. It’s now over a week since they were meant to be there and I haven’t even had an email to say they’ve been sent out. £100+ on biscuits that probably won’t be edible.

I still haven’t received my item! It’s Christmas Eve! So now no longer required! Brought express delivery and in enough time.. delivered to wrong house! One email correspondence and nothing else! I’m without my goods and out of pocket!

I have been trying for 5 days to contact this company regarding an order I placed. Today I have discovered they have duplicated the order, charging 2 different prices for the same product. Still not been contacted!

Birthday surprise still not arrived. Now five days late. Comms need some work - extremely disappointing...... :-( Got generic email explaining how busy poor Royal Mail are. I replied with more questions, but just got a reply asking if I wanted a catalogue. No I don't thank you, I just want what I ordered to arrive on the day you offered as an option! If you can't trust Snail Mail you should only give week ending options. Simples
