I still haven’t received my item! It’s Christmas Eve! So now no longer required! Brought express delivery and in enough time.. delivered to wrong house! One email correspondence and nothing else! I’m without my goods and out of pocket!

I have been trying for 5 days to contact this company regarding an order I placed. Today I have discovered they have duplicated the order, charging 2 different prices for the same product. Still not been contacted!

Birthday surprise still not arrived. Now five days late. Comms need some work - extremely disappointing...... :-( Got generic email explaining how busy poor Royal Mail are. I replied with more questions, but just got a reply asking if I wanted a catalogue. No I don't thank you, I just want what I ordered to arrive on the day you offered as an option! If you can't trust Snail Mail you should only give week ending options. Simples

Very disappointing as I ordered the birthday biscuit and it arrived a week later than expected. Totally missing the birthday it was intended for, wouldn't use again.

I would give ZERO stars if I could! Needless to say my friend who I sent the biscuit to has still not received it and it was due to arrive on 5 Dec for her birthday.

Have used this company many times, but never again, order was several days late spoiling the surprise, customer service nor helpful or obliging when i contacted them, plenty of lovely alternatives and small business's who do the same on Etsy etc, shall be supporting them in the future, totally let down by biscuiteers!

I am very disappointed with the way Francesca handled my corporate order. From the beginning I specifically asked for a delivery to be done before the 8th December since we needed the gift for our meeting on the 8th December. She first said it would come on the 8th or 9th December but when i told her that we need it before the 8th December she confirmed it will even arrive before or during the weekend before so between the 5th and 7th December. The result is that none of that happened. We received our gift only on the 8th December so it was too late for our meeting and not everyone received it that day. Because of her lack of transparency and because she didn't advise us well we missed our team activity ending with the opening of the gift. Because of that i will not order ever again from Biscuiteers for any further corporate event and I will spread the word within my company that we cannot rely on the customer service and especially Francesca. Very unhappy. My order still hasn't arrived 5 days after the requested date. It was a gift to celebrate our wedding anniversary, so it's too late now.

I’d love to leave a positive review but I can’t. My order hasn’t arrived and it’s way past the delay predicted on the website. Biscuiteers won’t entertain sending out a replacement and instead blame Royal Mail. Eventually, they agreed that the order is likely to have been lost at the Royal Mail depot but still won’t sent me a replacement. So I have one disappointed child. My PayPal account is far lighter and Biscuiteers clearly couldn’t care less. Seriously , stay well away from mail order.

Ordered a package for my friends, didn’t show up for five days so called and they arranged a premium courier to deliver a new package next day, that also hasn’t turned up and we are on day four..

The size of the tin does not justify the price in any shape or form. The picture online is very misleading. Gave this feedback on Twitter but message was ignored. Will not be using again

Unfortunately I am unable to write a review of my order as it has yet to be delivered to the recipient, 8 working days from the date it was supposed to be delivered and counting. An expensive mistake!

I have always received great customer service from Biscuiteers, but unfortunately on this occasion I have been left disappointed. I have been waiting for over a week for my order to arrive and I am still waiting. It was supposed to be a birthday present from my daughter to her grandmother and my daughter was upset that it didn’t arrive in time for the birthday.

No idea what the products are like as Biscuiteers were incapable of delivering a tin of Advent biscuits on time despite having nearly two weeks notice! Furthermore they seem to have lost the tin and have been slow to refund me for this fiasco.
