I was so impressed by a biscuiteers gift that a colleague received that i decided to do the same and send a thank you gift to members of staff who had continued to work through lockdown. I understood that the gift would arrive with the message that i had placed with the order. sadly, this did not happen - the gift arrived without any message. so, the gifts had been received but the recipients had no idea where they had come from (I found this out by calling them to check whether their gift had been received!) - thereby defeating the entire intention! very disappointing!

Biscuits bought for friends whose wedding was cancelled made to wait two weeks for biscuits that never arrived customer service shocking!!!!

Really sorry but the biscuit arrived too early and was stale :( really disappointed as I used you lots in the past and your service was awesome.

Biscuits were very soggy and soft when they arrived. Not what we are used to!

The service I received was awful. Ordered two months ahead of Christmas and the biscuits failed to appear on the 18th of December as arranged. Phoned on the 19th to query and complain and was promised a replacement would be sent that day special delivery. They never appeared and have had no communication from you again. The order wasn’t cheap so you would expect a premium service. Instead this was the worst I’ve experienced in a long time.

The one star is for the box. I was kindly given these as a gift and it is definitely a case of style over substance . They may look good but the biscuits are dreadful, soft, bland and taste of rice paper, The texture and taste is what you would imagine a 5yr out of date biscuit to be like. Shame as many people in my work place received a box of these this year and they are pricey .

Used them for a while but on this occasion biscuits arrived late and broken. Tried calling and leaving two messages but no response. Not sure I’ll be using them again.

We do say with our Royal Mail tracked service that this is not a guaranteed service and there is a chance it can be delivered the next working day after the date you select at checkout. I have used biscuiteers before and always been very happy, but this recent order arrived in pieces. Only one of the biscuits had stuck to the packaging (as planned), the rest had bounced around and shattered. My 80 year old Uncle opened a box of pieces in front of his guests. really disappointed. And embarrassed.

Cannot recommend sorry. Well they have never arrived, I felt so embarrassed! It was a present for my friend (NEW HOME),. I got a text from Royal mail saying it has arrived, but I don't know where ....

I've ordered from Biscuiteers for years, they used to make fantastic presents. Now the size of the biscuits has shrunk a lot, as has the gift tins, but the prices have gone up. I understand it's tough out there, and businesses need to adapt, but when I told customer services how surprised I was at the new wee sizes they were rude to me. There's no excuse for that. Shame as this used to be a fab go to for gifts.

I love these biscuits but I’ve been so disappointed with delivery. I paid £28.95 (yes madness I know) to have a named delivery for my daughters birthday on Friday 14th June but the biscuits have still not arrived. Really disappointed ☹️

Despite ordering in early November and paying for a specific delivery date of 19 December my order failed to arrive until 24 December at my office which had by then closed for the Christmas break So I couldn’t obtain it until 6 January . I struggled to get any response from Biscuiteers by email or phone, and had to buy a last minute alternative gift. I was eventually informed that ‘All Christmas deliveries were sent out before December 25th’ not much use unless you are having it delivered directly to the recipient or will be seeing them on Christmas Day! So, so disappointed.... after multiple failed opportunities to turn this experience around I’ll never shop with Biscuiteers again.

Ordered biscuits as teacher’s Christmas presents way in advance and chose an appropriate delivery date which was a great option......or so I thought! Biscuiteers had obviously over committed on their orders so mine did not arrive in time for my kids to give to their teachers, they were disappointed as they had chosen the biscuits themselves and I was extremely annoyed! Don’t bother offering a service you can’t fulfill!!! Will never order again!
