I've ordered from Biscuiteers for years, they used to make fantastic presents. Now the size of the biscuits has shrunk a lot, as has the gift tins, but the prices have gone up. I understand it's tough out there, and businesses need to adapt, but when I told customer services how surprised I was at the new wee sizes they were rude to me. There's no excuse for that. Shame as this used to be a fab go to for gifts.

I love these biscuits but I’ve been so disappointed with delivery. I paid £28.95 (yes madness I know) to have a named delivery for my daughters birthday on Friday 14th June but the biscuits have still not arrived. Really disappointed ☹️

Despite ordering in early November and paying for a specific delivery date of 19 December my order failed to arrive until 24 December at my office which had by then closed for the Christmas break So I couldn’t obtain it until 6 January . I struggled to get any response from Biscuiteers by email or phone, and had to buy a last minute alternative gift. I was eventually informed that ‘All Christmas deliveries were sent out before December 25th’ not much use unless you are having it delivered directly to the recipient or will be seeing them on Christmas Day! So, so disappointed.... after multiple failed opportunities to turn this experience around I’ll never shop with Biscuiteers again.

Ordered biscuits as teacher’s Christmas presents way in advance and chose an appropriate delivery date which was a great option......or so I thought! Biscuiteers had obviously over committed on their orders so mine did not arrive in time for my kids to give to their teachers, they were disappointed as they had chosen the biscuits themselves and I was extremely annoyed! Don’t bother offering a service you can’t fulfill!!! Will never order again!

Ordered a present for my mother in Australia with plenty of time. Courier appalling, Biscuiteers not especially fast in their response. Order went back to London without ever getting delivered and my mother got last-minute flowers instead. So disappointed, an all round stressful and unpleasant experience.

Lovely product but appalling service... One order was sent with the wrong message and the order I placed for oversea (at huge expense) was never even dispatched. I chased it up.. (the only way to receive any sort of response was by leaving a public message on social media)... to find that 3days after it was supposed to be delivered it was still being processed. Order had to be cancelled... What is the point of nativity biscuits arriving in January. Looking at comments on instagram, it is clear that I was not the only person with these problems. Terrible terrible service. I will never use them again.

Package of Advent biscuits and snow globe biscuits were supposed to be delivered on 30/11. Here it is 14/12 and the biscuits have not arrived. Very very disappointed. 😔

Unfortunately with international deliveries we aren't able to guarantee an exact delivery date due the delays that may happen in Customs. The lid of the tin was damaged. They offered to send a replacement which was not forthcoming. Contacted them only to find that this tin was no longer available. This was a gift from my sister so did not like to tell her it was damaged. They now offer my sister a 50% discount voucher. This does not solve the problems as I am left with a damaged lid, probably soft biscuits and why would my sister want to buy anymore when the customer service is so appalling and damaged goods. Don’t deal with this company as customer service non exsistant and not at all helpful. I have offered to return the biscuits but asked for a returns label, but this has not been forthcoming. Hopeless company . I shall report to trading standards and other appropriate agencies

The product arrived 2 days later than scheduled. I realise that delays occur as stated on the website however as it was due to be delivered on the Monday and not received till Wednesday the increased delay between baking and delivery resulted in stale biscuits. Beuatiful to look at but the taste below expectations.

Our biscuits leave our kitchen with a minimum of one month shelf life so the small delay in receiving your biscuit shouldn't have affected the taste at all. Our items are a little more premium than your Supermarket biscuits just because every biscuits is hand cut and hand iced to ensure the highest quality, as well as every tin being hand stickered. Very disappointed that I could not purchase two replacement biscuits for Christmas boxes due to a missed letter in the personalised message. Certainly not 100% biscuit happiness as stated on the site rather two children disappointed in the gift for their grandparents. I was a returning customer having purchased a number of boxes in the past but if a simple icing issue cannot be rectified then I would not risk ordering again.

Unfortunately, as the spelling mistake had been made at checkout our icers were none the wiser and did spell the name as outlined in the order. Unfortunately, we don't have spare stock of biscuits from specific tins to send out so we just weren't able to accommodate on this occasion. However , we would be more than happy to send out a personalised letterbox biscuit, if you wanted to purchase this as a replacement that could then be put in the tin. For hearly £15 pounds this is the biggest RIP OFF ever . The Box arrived , it was the size of my Phone ! I thorght it was some sort of Joke ! a sample maybee , But NO , this was my Box of Biscuits ! Mever again ! Beware of what you are actually buying !

Birthday delivery ordered weeks in advance was delivered late. Biscuit reed said tough luck as they don’t guarantee delivery. Not a great service at all.

Hello, Thank you so much for placing an order with us. I'm so sorry that your order was not delivered on the day you selected at checkout. With our Royal Mail service we do say at checkout and in customers order confirmation emails that this service is not guaranteed. There is a 95% chance that the order will be delivered on the day you select at checkout and a 5% chance that it will be delivered the working day after, which is what happened to your order.
