Biscuit arrived 5 days after my friend’s birthday. Covid and Royal Mail was blamed, not the greatest apology. Don’t order delivery for special dates as they are likely to be late. The statement of 95% arrive on the date requested should be removed from the website. Biscuit was ok........

I have used biscuits ers several times and even done their decorating biscuit class however on this occasion they failed miserably My daughters gift arrived five days after her birthday I was told they allow five days now for royal mail to deliver but proceeded to post it the day before the date that I wanted it delivered by, their answer when I e mailed to query the non delivery was would I like a brochure of their products for future use!!

Biscuits still hadn’t been sent 2 days after what should have been the arrival date. Despite 2 emails to follow this up no one has ever responded

Having been to your stores several times I knew exactly what to buy for my nieces for Halloween since they really love decorating biscuits. I ordered the halloween decorating biscuits and soon after ordering was told my niece had developed an allergy and had not been eating chocolate or chocolate flavoring for a few months . I tried to call Biscuiteers as directed on the website but no answer I then left a message to ask to send me plain biscuits instead when filling my order . I was also happy to change the biscuits for another type of box as I knew this would be better than wasting nearly £40. No one called me back and the chocolate biscuits were sent quicker than expected. Now sitting un-used un-eaten on my kitchen shelf- what a waste!!!

Disappointed in the quality of the advent calendar. No velvet used at all but looks like it on the photo instead it is weird canvas tie die.

Disappointing customer service. Parcel did not arrive and no attempt to resolve the situation. Initial query quickly responded to with a nice ‘looking into it’ reply and over a week later there has been no other communication.

My gift never arrived despite Royal Mail saying it was delivered. While this is not the fault of Biscuiteers I have rung several times and left messages and no one has rung me back.

I asked for the delivery date to be 5th Oct. for a friends 90th birthday. It arrived on 9th.Oct. I was very disappointed

Funny I’m asked for a review when I never got the order, nor an email an email with the dispatch notice. Order placed on the 22nd August. Very disappointed as I have ordered well in advance for an anniversary. I cannot recommend, exactly for their lack of communication

You should change your system, if the recipient is not in you shouldn’t send the biscuits to the delivery office. The last thing new parents need is to go and collect a present that was meant to arrive on their doorstep, especially if it’s supposed to be a surprise. Very disappointing and I will be considering you elsewhere for presents going forward.

Biscuit still hasn’t arrived a week after expected so missed the birthday. I paid around £30 for delivery to Australia. I actually tried to cancel this as I hadn’t realised how pricey delivery was and now it’s not even arrived on time.

Originally ordered on the 1st of the month as a get well gift. Was charged £28 for “premium international delivery” and was told delivery would be the 5th. Chased up on the 10th and was told delivery would be the 11th. This didn’t happen. It’s now the 13th and I still have no idea when this now completely pointless gift will arrive if ever. Won’t be using this company again. I can’t answer the rest of the questions as the item still hasn’t arrived, customer service have basically said they don’t do refunds regardless of how long the biscuits take to arrive.

The biscuits looked lovely, however, they tasted very stale. The birthday card was very flimsy, and full of advertising, not very nice nor personal. To be honest, for £50+ luxury box I was hoping for this to be a little bit more special than what we received. Would not order again.
