I was kindly given the Master Icing Kit for Christmas as I have wanted to try flood icing for years. “Everything you need to give your home baked biscuits the Biscuiteers touch. Ideal for any budding Biscuiteer” the website boasts. I was initially really happy to receive the kit until it transpires that the cutters are chosen completely at random and there are no instructions or pictures to go from. There is a small booklet contained in the tin which tells you how to make the icing, draw an outline etc but nothing specific to the cutters that were sent. As a complete novice this makes it very difficult to have a good go at a design. It’s the equivalent of IKEA including a booklet on how to screw a screw into a piece of wood but no specific instructions for the bookcase you just purchased. I contacted customer services to request instructions as I honestly thought they must have been missed out. Their response was that the design is left up to the individual and there are no pictures of the finished products! I asked what my cutters were (as one in particular was pretty abstract) and they didn’t know! The product description states “cutter designs may vary” which I assumed meant that they changed them seasonally not that they picked 3 completely at random and when asked can’t tell you what they’re supposed to be! This set is supposed to be the ‘master’ set and yet the smaller, less expensive tins have a theme and instructions! In summary, although the products are packaged beautifully they are not worth the £50 price tag. I could buy all items from a local cook shop (probably for a lot less), if I didn’t need any instructions - £25 would be a better price point for what’s contained. This product totally misses the mark. The description should say “everything you need to give your home baked biscuits the Biscuiteers touch - except for the instructions” In future it needs to include a step by step guide to enable a beginner to produce a good quality finished product.

How dare you inform me today that you cannot deliver the Christmas present I ordered for my 85 year old mother on 3 November 2021 for delivery on 20 December 2021. Covid is not an excuse for you not to fulfil my order in fact if you read your email to me when I chased as I hadn't received my order you assured me it would arrive by today, it was packed and ready to go! THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. You have had my money since November! I can assure you that I will be reviewing you company online for others to see so they don't get false promises to avoid being left in the situation I am now, with no present for my mother despite your assurances you would be fulfilling my order!

Corporate Christmas gifts I ordered have now been delayed twice from an original delivery of Dec 17th, to Christmas Eve, and now Dec 30th, which is an unacceptable delay. A request I made for an order cancellation after the first delay, as Christmas Eve was too late, has been ignored. Very poor communication, large delays, and a glitchy website has made this very frustrating. I will not be ordering from here again.

Ridiculously over priced chocolates but might appeal to the "I saw you coming" crowd. Far better if you bought a conventional tin of chocolates and give the rest of the money to charity.

Very poor customer service. Large Christmas order not arrived and no sign that even dispatched. Rang 40 times - can't get through, can't hang on, can't leave message. Email says 2-3 DAYS to reply. Suspect I need to rapidly order other pressies from somewhere different. Love products and have spent lots with them but when sonething goes wrong, nothing.

My order still hasn’t arrived. Very disappointed that in my contact with Biscuiteers they will take 3-5 days to reply. Too little, too late.

Hello, I've given you one star because no alternative. If you had a zero box that is what I would click. We received your "What a spread" Christmas hamper biscuit tin recently. They say size doesn't matter but in this case it should. When we opened the parcel we couldn't stop laughing but its no joke and not remotely funny. This 'miniature' is an insult and 'All' for £35.00! What a rip off! Disgraceful. Never again. Graham George ps. Tell Santa he's fired!

Very disappointed with the quality of the Luxe Advent Calendar this year. Four very small snowflake biscuits in the 24, a lot of duplicate style biscuits that have no relevance to the season (whales? owls? dolphins?). To make matters worse, biscuits weight in the tin dropped from 275g to 250g. Sorry, might be handmade/decorated and a luxury gift but very poor value for £55+.

I have already written two reviews for each of the items ordered. The reviews said that the biscuits in the tins were not in any foil or cellaphane wrapping. It seems unlikely they will be fresh by Christmas despite May 2022 date on back of tin. i posted this review after delivery some time ago with no response

Ordered the giant box of personalised chocolates for my sister for her 60th birthday present. Organised for them to be delivered day before my sister's birthday so they were certain to be there for the big day. Biscuiteers failed to deliver. I was very disappointed by their response and handling of the matter when informed them of what had happened. Very disappointed all round.

No, very unhappy with Biscuiteers... init seems that the Biscuiteers discount web page doesn't apply to you...I mentioned this and was promised a 15% discount refund.... Then, when the birthday biscuit arrived it was cracked and broke on lifting it out. I will not be sending any more Biscuiteers selection out again...very disappointing. I really should receive a refund, as the biscuit was damaged. Also you keep referring to me as Julia Worley...and my name is Sylvie Kennedy!! Very bad !!I haven't received the discount either....!!! I’ve ordered quite a few boxes now; ranging from teachers gifts, birthday gifts and Father’s Day. This last order (Father’s Day) was the first time I’ve seen the biscuit, and tasted the biscuit. Conclusion: it is just a highly overpriced, pretty looking biscuit, that is far from a taste sensation. I’ve decided the boxes must be silver-plated to justify the cost. As for the I ❤️ U Dad box, the size of the biscuits was offensive. Never ever again. Stick to iced gems; for the price of what you receive from this ‘lovingly hand made and hand iced’ racketeering bunch, you could set yourself up with iced biscuits for a year!

I placed two orders for delivery to friends in Austria in May 2021 for the letterbox biscuits. I followed the Biscuiteers’ FAQs, researched possible customs charges (which should be no more than 20% of the order cost) and the process involved which advised that I would be alerted by the courier DHL if extra customs charges were applicable. I was therefore extremely disappointed to discover that both friends were asked by DHL directly to pay customs amounting to between 60-110% of the actual cost of the biscuits. DHL made no attempt to contact me at any time. Despite several complaints to Biscuiteers, all they could say is there was nothing they could do about it. Furthermore they made no attempt to further investigate with DHL, so be warned DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO SEND ANY ORDERS OVERSEAS. This is the worst customer service I’ve experienced for many years, and I certainly won’t be using them again.

On my birthday last hear I received a box of your biscuits and a bottle of wine which were amazing. Since then I have sent boxes to friends but this is the first time I have seen one. It was so small considering I spent £40.
