the biscuits were great but appalling customer service and charged me for boxes plus postage (x3) when i only ordered boxes in one single order. so I would not order on line again. it has been more than one week and still no reply from customer services or sign of my refund. Really poor service and not what I would expect!

I was upset with my service this time, usually very reliable, after making a spelling mistake on my personalise icing I tried to call the customer service team over 5 times to which no one picked up, I then emailed twice with no response. This was really frustrating for me as my gift was then received by the recipient with incorrect spelling.

Hello, I am very disappointed as my biscuits arrived broken in the box. Please could someone assist with a refund as they were not in a suitable state to deliver as a birthday gift. They also arrived a day late.

Not very happy with the quality of biscuit, felt a bit stale, probably because it was received late. I have previously had a very positive experience so maybe just bad luck this time.

Don't use this company for a surprise present. They messed up the delivery date and then blamed Royal Mail. The so-called Happiness Team Manager was totally unsympathetic. His only action was to override the recipient's redelivery instructions, causing yet more inconvenience. Would not ever use again nor recommend you use them. Keith B, Hampshire

Sadly I really didn’t like these biscuits, they had no ‘snap’ to them and if I’m honest the texture almost felt they were past their time. I sadly would not recommend them, especially at £35 a tin.

I’m afraid to say that my husband & I didn’t like them. We couldn’t taste the chocolate & they weren’t crunchy or soft, bizarre texture. Overpriced for 3 biscuits

It was such an expensive and complicated process getting the cookies thru customs in Athens. I suggest you don’t sell to Greece. The cookies arrived after Easter and after the birthday and it cost me euro 200.- of fees which is ridiculous. So it was a terrible experience unfortunately.

I tried to send this tin to my daughter in Paris. The website is quite clear that there will be customs charges to pay and I was prepared for this. What I was not prepared for was that it was going to be fifty euros on top of the shipping. I thought I should point this out to customer service but I just got a standard response about customs charges. I think that it would be a good idea to be more upfront about the scale of this as really shipping to Europe post Brexit isn’t an option if it is going to cost more than the cost of the biscuits.

Biscuits lovely. But due to a website error, with a time out which said "do not refresh as order may have been placed", and not actually refreshing, two identical orders were placed, and I was charged twice. Biscuiteers say - "tough, not our fault" - according to their "Customer Happiness Team Member". Not even an offer of a partial credit for future use. Very poor customer service

Difficult to review. Hence 1 star ! Unfortunately the Easter bunny biscuit has not arrived at its new home!!!! I think it’s stuck in the Royal Mail burrow!!! Hopefully Biscuiteers will come to rescue this Easter bunny !!
