Arranged for a 24 hour delivery. Failed to deliver within 7 days. Failed to reply to complaint and request for return of money.

Still not received as it’s at the post office. Frustratingly there were lots of people on the building site but the postman wanted the signature of Mrs Siddons who didn’t hear the door ☹️

Nice to look at ( small bunch of flowers) and beautifully presented but nasty to eat. Bitter taste to soggy biscuit covered in so so sweet iceing. Very disappointed.

I normally love Biscuiteers but my friend never received his biscuit and no one is getting back to me by email with an explanation. Disappointed.

I have had to send my order back to you, am awaiting your response. Hugely disappointed in stale,decidedly 'unyummy' biscuit. And poor value for money!!£11.50 for a tiny product. Will not be using you again unless you can promise better baking and quality.

Delivery was quoted as 2/3 working days but arrived on the 4th day (Saturday) when the clients i sent them to were not at work. the biscuits were delivered to a neighbouring office apparently but i have not found out if they reached the client (would have been 2 days old by then). i emailed about delivery and response said very sorry, i responded saying this was not good enough, no further response has been received from Biscuiteers. please contact me as i wish to take this further

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear you have been disappointed on this occasion. I can confirm that your order arrived on the 3rd day after being dispatched on the 2-3 day delivery service which was selected at the time of checkout. We do advise that although 95% of parcels will arrive on the 2nd day, occasionally Royal Mail need a 3rd day to complete delivery. However this was still within the selected time frame requested at the checkout. Initially made the order on a Friday - didn't see that had to be before 1pm for next working day delivery. Therefore the recipient was not at home as the delivery was made on the Tuesday (unsure why we paid premium postage) when it wasn't actually next working day. Then two further attempted deliveries were made but the recipient was not there. We ended up redirecting the parcel back to us so we could drive the gift to them - this ended up with a delayed gift that was meant to cheer someone up being untimely! to make it worse the box was bashed and the lid doesn't fit on the tin so they weren't fresh. This was meant to be a kind gesture of a thoughtful gift but caused stress and a poor quality product as a result.

Thank you for your reply. Your order was made on a Friday after our Next Working Day delivery cut off point, so the first available date that would have been available to you, and the date that was selected was the following Tuesday. I'm sorry to hear that your recipient was not at home at the time the delivery was made. Our courier service do their best to keep customers informed of their one hour time slot, and provide alternative options if a recipient will not be at home, such as leaving the parcel with a neighbour. I'm sorry to hear that this was not appropriate for you. I believe you have been in touch directly with customer services who are further looking into the damage your tin received in transit on its journey. Very disappointed, ordered biscuits for Mother's Day and paid additional cost for Sunday delivery and Mother's Day personalisation. Biscuits did not arrive until Monday and there was no notification on the Sunday. Very poor. Despite offering to refund the delivery charge when I complained, I still have not received. For a a very expensive and bespoke product, poor service.

To be totally honest my first experience with The Biscuiteers was not good. I paid £7 for delivery on Valentines Day. I even rang before placing the order to ensure that they would be there on the day & they weren't. When the chocolates eventually turned up they read "I ❤️ Yo". Despite our love of sushi, I would have rather had an iced "u" in there rather than a blank. After all Valentines is about celebrating the love of your nearest & dearest, not a well known sushi bar!!! I was so looking forward to doing a little silly something for my partner & it turned into an absolute farce. Sadly I won't be using this company again. Disappointed.

The packaging and delivery was great as always is the case with Biscuiteers. However, the 3 kings were stuck onto the backing misaligned and I was led to believe it was a card, not 3 biscuits stuck to a bit of packaging.

Our biscuit cards are so called as they are a Biscuit alternative to a traditional greetings card. As mentioned in the product description these biscuits come in a beautiful presentation box, and include the option to have a gift message for the recipient. I have already sent feedback by email about my disappointment with this product which I bought as an anniversary greeting for my parents. When I saw the product I could not believe how small it was for the price and £9.00 on top for delivery. I have now deleted my account after your inadequate response to my email.

Hi Paula, Thank you for taking the time to leave your thoughts on our Champagne Biscuit Card. We do include the dimensions of the box that the two biscuits will arrive in in the product description so you know what you will be receiving prior to delivery. I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed by the product that you received. We will certainly speak to the marketing and production team to ensure that the product description is as clear as it can possibly be going forwards. In regards to the delivery service, DPD offer us a premium weekend delivery service and are able to delivery on Saturdays and Sundays via courier, and this is therefore more expensive. Didn't arrive on time, I ordered on the Thursday for delivering on the Saturday, paid extra, and it didn't arrive until the Tuesday which was too late. Won't be using again unfortunately.

Sadly the wrong biscuits were delivered. I ordered GF congratulations biscuits for a friend but she was sent normal thank you ones instead. The customer experience in having the correct replacement ones sent out was fantastic - swift friendly responses and correct fast taken plus an apology voucher. However sending out the wrong biscuits in the first place is a serious flaw in your customer model!

Absolutely terrible - you sent my friend an out of date biscuit from March 2016. And the star I've given is a mistake as I wouldn't give you a star. Completely disappointed and let down.
