“Hi, I love the idea of these and I bought them as a present for a birthday. The biscuits got delivered to someone else as there was a mix up! Quite annoying as I then had no present to give! Biscuiteers did call me to notify me of the mix up but still very disappointing!”

“When my Tom Cat Biscuit Card arrived I was extremely disappointed. The icing design had all fallen off in the box. I bought this as part of a gift for someone but felt I could not use it. It was a waste of money in my opinion.”

“Hugely disappointed in both the service & quality. My initial order did not arrive on the nominated day (after paying extra), I cancelled it only to have it delivered to my niece a week later AFTER the expiry date had passed. The order that did arrive on time was stale & tasteless.......... Had expected so much more.”

“I would love to review the product I paid £17 for. However I never received the biscuit which was bought as a birthday gift nor was I offered a refund.”
