Sadly most of the biscuits were broken, so the recipients weren't able to fully appreciate l the lovely designs. My parents said the biscuits were ok, perhaps a little too sweet though?!

Disappointed. The biscuit card was a lot smaller than I expected, and wasn't much bigger than two party ring biscuits (I did take a photo of said card with two party rings, see below) and the biscuit itself was stale and inedible. It's only saving grace was that it looked nice and the packaging was nice, good job the recipient didn't know the shocking price I paid as it all ended up in the bin! I will not be ordering from bicuiteers again and I feel totally ripped off.

Very disappointed as gift was for an important anniversary and arrived 3 days late in spite of paying for next day delivery and being emailed by courier companies any to say delivery was on its way.

Biscuits taste and look good, but service is terrible. Paying almost 7 pounds for delivery and everyone I know including myself has never had an order arrive on time. My last order was nearly two weeks late and when I wrote and complained they didn't even dignify me with a reply, Cheers Amanda.

We do try and respond to emails within 24hours, we have checked our email records and your email was responded to on the 10th March requesting that further address information was needed for the international address, please do let us know if the email was not received. Very disappointed. I received a mail starting the order would be delivered on the Friday before Mother Day. My Mother was texting saying iit has nt arrived which made her worry the gift had got lost The gift eventually turned up Monday afternoon a day late.

I can see on your order that delivery was estimated on the 4th March with Royal Mail on a 2-3 day service. 95% of parcel sent do arrive on the second delivery day however, as the delivery was made the day after the selected date we would certainly like to make this up to you. I purchased biscuiteers for my Mother for Mother's Day. When ordering I was told they would be delivered in 2-3 working days. I ordered them on February 29th. They were delivered on March 7th, the day after Mother's Day. This was very disappointing as my Mother did not receive any gift for Mother's Day. I contacted biscuiteers to ask when the delivery would happen. I did not receive any response. Again this was disappointing. I always recommend biscuiteers to my friends and regularly purchase gifts from your Clapham store. I will be slow to do so again. Ciara

We have had a look at your order and unfortunately, due to the delivery address being outside of the UK, our international delivery option should have been selected. Our standard 2-3 working day delivery only operates within the UK, thus resulting in your parcel taking a little while longer to be delivered. So disappointed. I've used Biscuiteers many times and been really happy with the orders but they have started using UK Mail which apparently cannot deliver to flats. The cupcake I ordered over a week ago will have expired now and was never delivered, even though I was contacted and told it would be redelivered on Thursday. Such a shame and waste of money.

Packaging was beautiful so I can see what you pay for. However, when I say the size of the biscuit, I was far from impressed. In all honesty I was too embarrassed to give it as a present. Perhaps I missed the dimensions but if not I feel they should be added to the product.

Our biscuit card box dimensions are listed in the “about product” section should you need to look at dimensions in the future. I ordered a small card for a friend who had just gone through a big break up. The card is small enough to be posted through the door but for some reason was booked onto a signed for service. This was not flagged, the card never arrived in time. When I called up the shop said they weren't sure either why it had happened. I've since been refunded the delivery fee but the card will arrrive in another 3 days... so that will be 10 days after the orignial order. It looks like I don't care, I've had to tell her I tried to send her something which has ruined the surprise. I wish I'd used a different company which would have delivered something on time.

The design of the biscuits was beautiful but the taste was horrific. It was stale and tasteless! Very disappointed and will not be buying from here again. Also, very overpriced for what I received!

Waste of money do not buy. Tastes awful no where near as good as the original flavour. Most importantly it is tiny. I complained & all they did was offer me 15% off my next order - they want me to spend more money!

The biscuits are lovely but some glitch during order meant the date of delivery was a month early! Ruined the surprise and present and had little sympathy from biscuiteers. Won't be buying again

Unfortunately the order was delivered late due to an error by the carrier - even though I had paid the express charge for next day delivery. So neither of us best pleased.

Utterly disgusted by attitude of sol called customer services Bought Christmas biscuits for Christmas, delivery in December, the system somehow despatched in November, The minute I earliest, automated email I contacted customer services, no help, just told to refuse parcel, parcel delivered to neighbours. Resultant service reaction tough! Your neighbour accepted and the "computer says" Abdication and appalling service

I have complained twice about my order but have not yet even had the courtesy of a reply. Paid extra for next day delivery for a birthday gift but it was delivered 3 days later. Dreadful ! Have only given one star because I couldn't submit this review with zero

I love biscuiteers. But this time I ordered last Thursday and my parcel has only just been delivered. It was dispatched the same day and I am surprised that it's taken so long? Hope the feedback helps as love you guys and your products Jo

I was so disappointed with my experience with Biscuiteers. I had to find out from the recipient that she had not received her order on the day I paid extra for it to arrive on. I was not contacted by Biscuiteers to say that there had been a delay because the delivery had been refused by The Portland Hospital (something I find hard to believe from a private hospital who receive deliveries all day, every day). Biscuiteers then redelivered to a home address and didn't charge a delivery fee, a gesture which frankly made no impact on me. I will never order from Biscuiteers again, and would advise my friends and colleagues the same.

Hi, I love the idea of these and I bought them as a present for a birthday. The biscuits got delivered to someone else as there was a mix up! Quite annoying as I then had no present to give! Biscuiteers did call me to notify me of the mix up but still very disappointing!

When my Tom Cat Biscuit Card arrived I was extremely disappointed. The icing design had all fallen off in the box. I bought this as part of a gift for someone but felt I could not use it. It was a waste of money in my opinion.
