The artistry of the tins ,is what drew me to buy them - beautiful and very well presented. Problem i had is that the biscuits, while very pretty, were so sweet none of us actually wanted to eat them!

I was disappointed the person did not receive the card, which I wrote a personalised message and therefore they had no idea who it was from.

The biscuits were made lovely, and up to the standard, but I was very disappointed with the printing of the wishes in the card. That was out of the place, really disappointing!

The biscuit was lovely and went down a treat. The delivery was not so good unfortunately. This was a gift, which I ordered on 17 September due for delivery on 21 September. However, it didn't arrive until 27 September, and it also required a signature (which was one of the reasons for the delayed delivery apparently).

The biscuits were ordered for my sister's birthday, they are beautifully designed with a pretty packaged biscuit tin. My sister's feedback was although it tasted delicious, she couldn't help but notice there was a strange odor to the biscuits - she explained it was almost like a weird chemical industrial smell! Something you do not want your biscuits to have an odor of. Also, I was excited for her to taste the gingerbread flavor biscuits from the Biscuit Tin - Birthday Party Collection. However, she confirmed with me it was not gingerbread and it just tasted like vanilla.

Thank you so much for your feedback. I really do apologise that you weren’t happy with the taste of your biscuits. This is really disappointing and something we will be taking very seriously. Due to the artisan nature of our biscuits, no two batches are ever quite the same. However, we take every care throughout the baking process here at the Ministry of Biscuits to ensure that taste and texture are of the highest standard. We also have rigorous checks in place to ensure that the biscuits are at their freshest when they leave us. It's so important to us at Biscuiteers that our customers share their experience with our products and service, so we can strive to improve and deliver 100% biscuit happiness. Thank you and Kindest Regards, Biscuiteers x

Biscuits looked amazing and the tin was lovely. Slightly disappointed with taste and that the biscuits were a bit soft.

The tin is beautiful and the packaging very pretty. I had a tin sent to my Dad for Father's Day and whilst he said the biscuits looked amazing, he had to scrape the icing off as it was so thick it made the biscuits inedible. He did say the actual biscuits were yummy, but without the icing.

The texture was lively and crumbly, but I felt that the biscuits were quite bland. I was disappointed, especially since I had bought two out of the three tins as presents for my sisters.

My order was despatched very quickly but I was a little disappointed with the quality of the items. They always look very attractive but the taste doesn’t match the appearance.

Easy to order and the delivery was bang on time but sadly the biscuits really did not taste nice at all! So five stars for presentation and delivery but only half a star for taste. They tasted dry and bland. Such a shame!

The Northcote shop was set up beautifully with different Biscuits on offer. We pass it every day and decided one rainy afternoon to sit in. Staff were friendly and the blonde hostess was pushing us to purchase the offer of two for 1 biscuits decorating for £18. However I declined and opted for two gingerbread cookies, a slice of carrot cake and a pot of tea, which in total came to the sum of £17.00. Which is basically the price of the 2 for one offer. I felt slightly ripped off. There was NO clear pricing on the cakes, individual biscuits, maybe I would of purchase said offer. The carrot cake was stale and dry and the gingerbread @ £4.00 was too expensive for what it it. But the tea was nice. I would recommend to have a hot drink and suggest biscuiteers lower prices and improve quality control on item. Oh yes we couldn’t order macaroons because they had to be defrosted, says it all really.

The decoration and presentation was amazing. The biscuit itself wasn’t so great, it was really hard and not very pleasant to eat. We have ordered and received biscuits from biscuiteers a number of times. This is the first box we’ve been disappointed with.

Although we are fairly regular customers you do not always give us the promised reductions when we pay for them-is this because they are presents for other people and not being sent to us directly even though we are paying for them all regards Mike

The biscuits were packaged beautifully. The biscuits themselves looked lovely but in my honest opinion, they were really overpriced. Compared to the images online the biscuits were pretty small- I’ve picked up one from Harrods that now looking back in hindsight we’re probably more reasonable. I’m not sure if I would by any gift sets from here again but would visit the shop if I was around the area.

Lovely gift idea and very nicely presented, but from a taste point of view, the buiscuits are a little bland and dry. This may be down to personal taste, but I felt disapointed with the actual biscuit eating experience. The style and design is clearly great, but the flavour and quality of the biscuit itself was not to my taste, hence why 3 stars (being generous). Personally, I find them over-priced and would prefer a more flavourful biscuit (because ultimately, you buy them to eat, right?!) Apart from that, if you don't mind spending the money on average biscuits with fancy icing on, then its a lovely gift idea. If you care about the taste and eating experience, then this may not be the best use of your money.
