“The packaging and decoration of the biscuits were lovely but for me the taste let them down”

“The biscuits arrived a week late which wasn’t this companies fault but this meant that the biscuits were a bit dry and I wonder if this is because they had been in transit for a week? Beautifully decorated and lovely packaging. I would order again but only if discounts applied as a bit expensive for a treat.”

“Normally my loves all you biscuits and even gives Biscuiteers to all her work colleagues. So I bought her some for her birthday. I chose the chocolate ones (usually everything chocolate related is fab for her). Unfortunately she hates them! Thinks they taste 'funny' and not chocolaty at all. These are the first chocolate Biscuiteers she has had, so unless something is wrong, she will be stocking to the other flavours in future.”

“Very expensive but beautiful biscuits! Lovely packaging and very exciting for kids and adults alike. I sincerely wish Biscuiteers would think of making healthier versions ! That would attract lots of adults too!”

“Excellent gift idea, charmingly packaged, iced with great talent, but tastes underwhelming. Because of they don't taste as good as they look, I will unfortunately not be giving this as a gift again.”

“Biscuits and packaging were fine, but package did not arrive in time for birthday. Recipient had to go to Post Office 4 days later to pick up. Delivery I know is not totally under Biscuiteer's control. I did ask where the package was but was told it was in the hands of the Post Office and could take 72 hours to get an answer. I asked again about 48 hours later and got a rather short message back saying I'd been told it would be 72 hours. Today is a week later and I still haven't heard from Biscuiteers regarding the delivery.”

“Biscuits( what was left of them were absolutely delicious) unfortunately they appeared to have been in some kind of war during delivery😥 beautiful boxes dented and at least 6 biscuits broken away from wax paper and broken. Very upset as they were gifts to people. ( I ate the broken ones.. gorgeous. The rest I restyled in the boxes and apologised to the recipients.”

“I’ve ordered from biscuiteers a few times and loved it. Not only are they delicious but beautifully decorated however my recent order did not turn up on the date I specified which I deliberately ordered nearly a month in advance so I am quite disappointed about that.”

“Considering the price, these were disappointing. Three (of nine) of the biscuits were broken, and the texture was on the soggier side rather than crisp. The decoration was not as accurate at the photo on the website (for example the hundreds and thousands were sunken into and obscured by the icing), and the photo representation of the tin was misleading - it’s printed paper on a flimsy tin rather than a keepsake and not really reusable. It would be better and more recyclable if it was a sturdy cardboard box. I was an early customer of Biscuiteers and was impressed by the concept, but standards appear to have slipped, and better alternative for a cheaper price are now available.”
