“The biscuits are amazing always but I have been buying biscuits from you for a long time and was pretty appalled when I went to a shop last week to be told I had to pay £1.50 for a bag to put this biscuits in otherwise they would go in a small paper bag. This is a luxury product for the sector you’re in and it’s just not the right experience to ask someone to pay for a bag. It’s bad enough you charge for a ribbon where many other stores do it for free but a bag is not okay. Not the right time in a commercial setting to be annoying long term and loyal customers.”

“The concept is fantastic. I’ve used them a few times in the past. I bought some for my dad for Father’s Day. They were tiny!!! And even for my dad way too sweet. Please make them healthier and with reduced sugar!”

“There is no denying the presentation and choice of theme is brilliant from Biscuiteers but the biscuit is always hard and therefore it feels like you are eating a hard block of royal icing rather than a biscuit with royal icing on. The delivery was quick though.”

“Generally they are fun, the tins great and biscuits attractive . However they are too expensive. I bought the ice it yourself to do with granddaughters and we had fun but I was shocked at how little there was for the price . As a pensioner I simply can’t afford to do it again .”

“I sent one of the jolly gingers as a gift to a family member. They thought the packaging and the design were lovely but they said that the gingerbread didn’t have any taste of ginger at all. As I’d bought this specifically because they like gingerbread this was quite disheartening. It may just have been a bad batch which I understand although I wouldn’t buy this again as a gift for someone. Sorry.”

“You used to be shamazing !!!! Maybe it’s just bad timing what with covid and reduced staff- but your prices have gone way up and your boxes have gone smaller and the butterflies I bought just wereBt that pretty - all muted colours. “Wasn’t very impressed I’ve ordered before sent straight to receiver as gift this time I asked to get sent to me... it’s not worth what you pay small biscuits not displayed well all fallen about in box when I opened not even given to who they’re for Don’t look £25 for 3 biscuits 😟 not sure if I’d order again”

“Biscuits arrived on chosen day. Beautifully decorated but I think overpriced. I think the biscuits are not as tasty as perhaps they should be and are relying on decoration over taste.”
