“I ordered the make up box as a thank you to my niece for doing the make up for my daughter’s prom. My daughter had received the good luck box to wish her well in her exams and we thought that this would be a fantastically individual way to say thank you. I was quite disappointed that for £25 the number of biscuits was small and the packaging equally poor considering that for £10 extra, we would have sent far more biscuits in a special reusable tin.”

“The biscuits are a good present, from a novelty point of view. Friends bought me the 'first aid kit' following surgery and it was a lovely gift, which fascinated other friends, but they were very disappointing from a consumption point of view!”

“The new baby biscuit gift was well-received but I found it impossible to order via your website on an iPhone and had to borrow a friend's laptop in the end. The site's navigation would benefit from some serious consumer testing. Kind regards.”

“I ordered online to pick up at the store and my delivery didn’t arrive. I had to call several times to make sure I received my order before my event, and most probably they used the store stock because it was not personalized as requested. The quality was not as expected (maybe they were not fresh), and not very gingery.”

Hey, I'm so sorry to hear you have had some issues with your delivery. Single biscuit boxes can be popped through a letterbox, however when there is more than one box, the item becomes too big to fit through a letterbox - I'm sorry if this was not clear before placing your order. “Your website is not user friendly. Each time I send biscuits I have to delete the address of the previous recipient. Then I get an email to ME headed Dear Fred/Ethel (or whoever I’ve sent them to). “Your biscuits have been delivered”. It should say Dear Nicola, Your biscuits have been delivered to Fred/Ethel etc.”

“The biscuits were lovely. However the piping did seem a little rushed and I wasn’t a fan of the taste of the chocolate biscuits compared to original. My niece extremely enjoyed them as she nearly half the box!”

Our chocolate biscuit is made from 100% coco so it does have quite a strong chocolate taste but we do have our Vanilla, Ginger and All Spice flavoured biscuits for anyone that doesn't enjoy this strong Chocolate flavour. “Considering the price and the promise that the biscuits would fit through a letterbox, I was very disappointed to find we had to rearrange delivery because my friend received a 'sorry you were out' card. It makes it a very expensive set of 4 biscuits.”

“Chocolates were good but communication to change delivery date was an issue as email was unanswered. Then chocolates were delivered 3 days before original requested date. Was away abroad so unable to communicate with you by phone due to time difference. Very Disappointed with the service.”
